What it does: The Complete mastery over The Boiling Elements. Known only those who've learned straight from a dragon of that element. This skill allows for the free manipulation of mist.
Allows the user to evaporate any body of water, this includes Water Jutsu B rank and below. Evaporated Water acts in the same way as Skillful mist technique. If a water Jutsu is evaporated the cloud has a diameter equal to the range of the move. Normal water expands to be twice the size as the body of water evaporated.
This also allows the user to manipulate clouds of Mist, and items surrounded by mist at a speed equal to their Chakra Rating.
The user can also form blades, and other cutty tools with the mist. Blades of this kind have no health, but do have a sharpness equal to the user's chakra rating capped at S. It's not so much that they're solid and cut, but condensed acidic clouds that melt through things in a similar manner as cutting.
Because the user has such incredible mastery of their element *Wink* Boil based skills A rank and below do not require hand seals.
Finally While in Dragon Force Mode, the acidic of the mist the user creates is further increased. Anything with a Health Rating C-Rank and below is instantly melted while under the effects of a Boil Technique controlled by the user.
