Appearance: Torrential, rending winds that blow away from the user, and spiral clockwise not only lifting up objects and blasting them back, but carrying them around in spinning pattern.

What it does: Upon release, the wind chakra (produced from either the mouth or the user's palm) blasts forward and begins to violently expand (the user must take shelter immediately or be at risk of being caught by the technique). There is a short delay after the chakra is released by the user, travelling forward at D-rank speed (non-modifiable by stats or items) before the jutsu takes effect. Upon activation, the roaring winds will immediately begin to blast outwards, expanding to the maximum area of effect and spiral. The pressure from the blast and resulting sharp winds will strike and cut for B-rank damage, lingering in the area and shredding any object not durable enough to withstand its damage. Loose objects, such as broken pieces of the environment, stray weapons and other items can and will be picked up by the winds and blown around the winds, and eventually outside of it's area of effect. Remaining outside of the area of effect does not result in damage, but the winds are still fierce enough that one may feel as if they're pushed back if they're strength substat is not equal to the jutsu's rank.
