Appearance:

The use manipulating objects, people, or themselves with the use of there mind with a invisible force that shows no chakra. The only to know someone using this is NY the movements of their hands. Like to pull something towards them they would raise their hand and pull it towards their body.


 

What it does:

By controlling there mind to a extreme point the user has the power go manipulate things with their mind as if it is a extension of there power. The manipulation of objects occur at the speed of the users Thought Speed and it cannot be resisted when used on objects such as weapons armor etc. However when using TK on people they must have a willpower of A to slow down the TK and must have a willpower of S to resist the technique. The TK is so fine when used by the user that they can focus the manipulation on one part of the opposer body like their nose or a leg and just rip it off. When used on their self the user can create a force field that covers their body at a "X" radius. Example if the user has E rank mental sharpness the force field would be E rank health with a 5 meter radius.

The used with also the use of Telekinesis can use it on their body giving them the ability to fly at their Thought Speed.

The Strength of the pushing and pulling of TK is Mental Sharpness

The Speed of TK is Thought Speed

The chakra cost for this is S rank each time used and C rank per post to fly

While walking around Konoha he gain access to this ability as multiply academy students through cans at him from every side of his body even above him. At a quick reaction all cans stopped in mid air thus him unlucking his Telekinesis or TK.

Oh but your wrong look of Jason's Psychokinesis it only does a small portion of what mine does. Plus even Roland said you can make Telekinesis but it has to be a S rank jutsu and above go look at the Overpowered Things if you think I'm wrong
