The requirements for sign up are that you ACTUALLY HAVE YOUR STUFF UPDATED. If you do not, for all I care you could step out of the Tardis and drown...as much fun as that would be I will instead just deny you and you will get to see the wonderful prizes everyone else got and sob about how lazy you were -.-

Furthermore if you are a staff member and you sign up, CHECK SHIT!!!! If I feel you are slacking with this or the above I may remove your character from this, remove claimed legendary items/jutsus/etc, also note that character death can be a thing here so do not jump into a volcano please...

Well then good for you, Legendary Weapons, Materia and more are the prizes of the game this time. Sign-ups will promptly close 12pm tonight, midnight, so sign up before then. For this one there is no cap as it will be branching into three paths. Furthermore I will be posting every 3 days or so regardless of who posted.
