| Name: Will o' Whisps Rank: S Jutsu Type: Nen Manipulation Element: Fire Duration/Cooldown: 12 posts/14 posts Range: 70 meters Appearance:  What it does: This Nen ability creates seven glowing white orbs comprised of spiritual flame. This flame will burn those with a health lower than the user's Mental Sharpness, and they will also inflict spiritual damage if the target has a willpower of a lower rank than this jutsu. The spiritual damage is such that it will reduce their locomotive speed, health, mental sharpness, and willpower by two ranks every time they are hit. These orbs may be manipulated within a range of seventy meters from the user, they move at a speed of the jutsu's rank.
