Appearance: An opaque blue bubble.
What it Does: Essentially it is a spiritual bubble that stays in place due to the life force of the planet itself. The only ones who can teleport inside this field are those who have connected with the source of the teleporter dampener, a talking frog, inside the Mizukage's office. This covers all of the Islands of Kirigakure, thus it is over three square miles and it simply blocks the teleportation of others. Meaning the only way in, is by boat.
((Essentially a way to force people to follow the rules))

| Not the go-to about price so we will get another one on that part.
So your description tells me who can teleport; However, can you add a range of some sort? Where it teleports to? Does it teleport back? Some more information please? | |
