Personality: When one meets the odd teen, the first word that comes to mind is 'shy'. Of course this is both correct and incorrect. While Roran prefers to be alone, or in a small group of friends, he is not exactly shy about most things. The reason he hardly speaks is due to simply not being socially aware. Unlike most teenagers, Roran prefers to watch and wait. Unfortunately this also made him incredibly lazy with anything he doesnt want to do. This is partially the reason for his lack of physical training. A large flaw with his social obliviousness is the fact that he doesnt understand a few specific emotions, such as hate or love. This keeps him from being able to relate to people as easily. It is due to this that his mind has focused on observation and intelligence gathering. Which is to say, he can read people easily, and loves to learn. However, due to his utter lack of social understanding, he often has problems telling people his feelings at the time, whether it be that he just wants left alone, or that he sympathizes with them. Often, he comes off as cold, even when he is trying not to. Roran is also highly protective over the few he cares about, and his rage is known to be like a meteor.

History: Son of His Esteemed Majesty, Imperator Dr. Sir-Lord Saint Archduke Fernandes Joaquin Von Rhys Jr. the Younger, the Sixtieth, Roran was born into nobility. While this gave him an incredible future if he bothered at all, he was fascinated, like most children, with shinobi. As this interest grew, he kept trying to convince his parents to let him into the academy. Finally, they acquiesced, deciding to train him themselves, only so long as his study of civilian subjects, such as math and science, kept up to par. They did, so he joined.

His school life was boring and limited, due to his personality pretty much assuring he was a loner, even though he desperately wanted to have friends at the time. Later on, he got used to being alone. Unfortunately, his chakra control was such shit that he had difficulty preforming the three academy jutsu. It was only later that he got angry at his inability to do the three jutsu. When he did, however, he trained for a solid week, not giving up at all, and eventually mastered the three jutsu, enabling him to pass.

Later on his parents died because some asshole let wild ponies into the town and they trampled his parents. Filled with grief and regrets, Roran left the town, taking what he owned with him, leaving the rest to a cousin who he had not heard of. Roran currently travels around, for fun and adventure.
