What it does:This Technique is the Signiture Move of Cloud, this one Allows Cloud to separate his sword into each individual blade that makes it, then they form a circle about 10 meters wide around the person targeted and Cloud, and as the person seems to have their reaction Speed decreased by 3 ranks while inside this ring, Cloud has his Locomotive Speed Increased by 3 ranks, then using this speed increase Cloud seems to almost Afterimage to one of his swords and then to his opponent , Bisecting them, and he repeats his over and over for a total of 13 slashes.

This Tech even works in the air and if used in the air, the swords would then rain down in the 10 meter area they created, also if used in the air, the 13th hit is to knock the opponent down to the ground, going through them if you can and landing on his feet, the reason the Range is 80 meters is due to the Initial Charging attack he uses, that will trigger the blades release as stated earlier.

Stats of Each attack Is the Sharpness of the blade used, the Speed the attacks are executed are at the speed of the user's Locomotive speed after his boost as kicked in. To resist this tech, Chakra needs to be at SS rank
