Kaigen had completely and with the powers that may be, was able to create two identical and very real clones of himself - Not shadow, earth, and or fire clones. Actual breathing creatures, they sleep, feel, fight, react, and best part is eat. The Fuinjutsu was able to even replicate memories, or at least the ones that Kaigen had. Kaigen didn't have any crazy situations or plotting he was up to yet, so in turn he decided to let them go free - crazy right? I mean with those two he could potentially be one of the strongest in the world and instead he decided to see what their approach on life would be in different aspects. So after he dressed them up, they were ready to wander on their own to experience new things and do different things and but of course keeping in touch. Telepathy kinda thing going.
