| CLAN INFORMATION Clan Name: Metsuki Clan Clan Symbol: Clan History: The Metsuki are very rare clan which only appear every 500 years or so. They are characterized by seeming perfectly normal. They have been recorded in more than one moment in time as having nearly limitless amounts of chakra/stamina. They are also known mostly for their unique kekkei genkai. The Metsuki mostly excel in their own variation of nintaijutsu. Their powers rely heavily on their emotional state at the time of use. Clan Bloodline: Aoi Bure-do me {Blue Blade Eyes} Clan Element: None Joining Requirements: Ask the Leader/Village Must be Open BLOODLINE INFORMATION Bloodline Name: Aoi Bure-do me {Blue Blade Eyes} Originating Clan: Metsuki ClanAppearance:The clan tends to have colored streaks into their hair for the strongest emotion they are feeling at the time. Sort of like a mood ring. You can tell the intent of the person if you learn what each color means. Their chakra reflects this as well. Also when in battle and overtaken by an emotion their eyes will lose its iris and become the color of the emotion. They can still see normally. The other normal emotions due show up normally in them but the only ones that have an effect on their fighting abilities are the following Blue: standard emotion Red: Intense Rage Black: Hatred (represents death and decay) White: Balance History:The Metsuki are very rare clan which only appear every 500 years or so. What it does:The bloodline revolves around ones emotions. The emotions of the character dictate what their powers will be like during a fight and everyday living. The main power of the Metsuki is chakra constructs (creating object out of their own chakra) for this they are naturally born with a huge chakra pool from which they draw their powers from. Blue- is normal chakra constructs. The constructs tend to have no special effects on the user or on the constructs themselves they are characterized by being completely blue do not take full form of use. Meaning they resemble an object but don't take its full shape. Sort of like a haze. Red- is chakra constructs made from intense rage. These tend to be jagged and do the most damage but since the user goes into a sort of berserker rage their defensive capabilities like dodging and blocking hits go down severely but their constitution rises to insane levels. (+1 Strength +1 Speed -1Health) Black- are chakra constructs made from pure hatred. Their blackness represents the evil of ones heart at the time of use. These constructs drain the life of opponent when they make contact with them making the chakra construct stronger. (THEY DO NOT HEAL THE USER) These also tend to wear down the user as it is also sapping their life force. This emotion eventually will kill the Metsuki if it is active for too long. (+2 strength -1Health) White- represents balance. This level of emotion is only reached when the Metsuki has mastered each of the other 3 basic emotions that fuel their powers. This level is the most powerful and allows the Metsuki to use all of the other stages powers without the drawbacks in the purest White form. (+2 Strength, +1 Health) {This eye can be used for a total of 6 posts before fading into another mastered eye the user decides to pick. A cool down of 5 posts before use again.} Requirements:To master the previous emotions one must do a training post of: 1500 to master blue 3000 to master red 5000 to master black HARDEST TO MASTER BECAUSE OF THE HIGH CHANCE OF DEATH! Clan Personality: The personality of the clan tends to differ from person to person. You can't judge the many by the actions of the few. The clan has a tradition of naming people who successfully master a level of emotion, X blade. X being the nickname blade is just something they like and usually their most common constructs
Bloodline Limits:
The Metsuki cannot combine emotions to get effects from all of them.
The Metsuki in a Black emotional state will require immediate medical attention after prolonged usage. If not the emotion will continue to run its course and slowly kill him/her. {User can only use Black state for a total of 4 posts, any more than that will lead to user's death Max of 6 posts will kill the user,minor medical attention needed at 2nd post, 4th post requires Major Medical attention
The Metsuki in a Red emotional state will attack anything and everything in its path. (think Naruto during 4tails) it will take another very strong emotion to get him out of this berserker state.
The Metsuki cannot create vehicles of any kind or future tech like guns and stuff like that.
JUTSU INFORMATION Metsuki Construct: Chakra Blade - Spoiler:
Name: Metsuki Construct: Chakra Blade Rank: C/B/A/S/SS Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:Dependent On Eye/1 Post Range:Self Appearance:  What it does:This allows the Metsuki user to form their freely flowing chakra into their hand to make a construct, the construct would be in blade form dependent entirely on what eye level they are at as well as their rank. The construct form too would be dependent as the form would differ from being in ghost form, jagged, completely black, or white. The restrictions to what can be formed are as followed. C-Rank Metsuki:
- Must have a medium to form the chakra through, a piece of broken wood for a handle if trying to form a sword, the extra forming into a sword would be chakra capacity of C.
- Kunai, Senbon, Knives, anything within the size of these weapons can be constructed without a medium. Each construct takes D Chakra Capacity
- Blue form can only make the blade in a ghost like structure, the blade will only be able to last through one attack before needing to reconstruct.
- Red form makes the construct solid but jagged. Because of the solid form it can last a total of 2 posts before needing to reconstruct.
- Black form makes the construct completely black and solid. This specific construct can last a total of 3 posts before needing to reconstruct
- White form makes the construct completely white and solid. This specific construct can last a total of 6 posts before needing to reconstruct
- Small Constructs are at maximum of C rank Strength. All sword constructs are D rank strength due to needing a medium.
B Rank Metsuki:
- Forming swords no longer need a medium. Forming the construct takes C rank chakra capacity.
- B Rank unlocks the ability to construct two constructs at the same time, the second construct will need a medium much like how it did for C rank. Chakra capacity for dual is B rank.
- Blue form can only make the blade in a ghost like structure, the blade will only be able to last through one attack before needing to reconstruct.
- Red form makes the construct solid but jagged. Because of the solid form it can last a total of 2 posts before needing to reconstruct.
- Black form makes the construct completely black and solid. This specific construct can last a total of 3 posts before needing to reconstruct

This specific technique is what gave metsuki members their nickname, of course as they ranked up their nickname would change. The nickname depended on their eye level and what construct they made. X blade, was the style of the nickname, X being the eye level unlocked and blade being the construct they made at that eye level. This technique is what Enzeru's mother planned to teach him however after being killed by his father, she never got the chance thus Enzeru would have to learn on his own by tedious training of which would release the emotions hidden in each eye one by one.
Metsuki Construct:Jaws of Death - Spoiler:
Name: Metsuki Construct: Jaws of Death Rank: A Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:1 post/3 posts Range:40m {distance it can reach} 20m radius {size of the crater created} Appearance: What it does:After the user inserts chakra from their body to the ground they are standing on they can form a large chakra jaw that is wide open that reaches a 20 meter radius at a distance from 1-40 meters away from the user. The jaw appears to be almost barely visible, though those with sharingan,byakugan,or any other doujutsu can clearly see the construct with it's large like jaws the size of around 20 meters high with jagged edges throughout the teeth. The user then holds their hands in front of their mouth which serves as the activating key point for the mouth to close. Once the user closes their mouth so too do the chakra construct jaws, the jaws close as the speed of A as well as at the strength of A. To avoid harm one would need A or higher ranked strength. Upon creating the jaws themselves take B rank chakra capacity due to it's size. There is an exception to the speed and strength of this jutsu when it is used by a metsuki of the Red eye, because of the animalistic behavior from a Red eye user the jutsu increases itself to S strength and S speed thus the resistance needed would be S or higher ranked strength. The chakra capacity to summon those jaws would be A ranked. Backstory:This jutsu was originally used by Enzeru's mother, it was used in the attempt to destroy kumo but was never finalized after Enzeru's father killed her. The secrets of this jutsu however are said to be almost instinct to those who are metsuki.
Metsuki Construct:Red Seal - Spoiler:
Name: Metsuki Construct: Red Seal Rank: S Jutsu Type: Fuinjutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:Permanent Range:Touch Appearance: What it does:This jutsu allows the user of the Metsuki white eye to completely seal away a metsuki's Red eye form from ever coming out. However this jutsu also has a reverse effect where they can unseal the Red eye form as well, the user must simply do the same process they did to make the seal in the first place and say release. There is a resistance to avoid the seal and that would be to have S rank or higher Strength. This takes A rank chakra capacity to form the seal. In order for the seal to become active, the user will use their fingers to form a chakra like symbol which will be sent at the target after the user says Seal as well as the name of the user they wish to seal. Users can not seal themselves however they can unseal themselves. Wordcount to learn: 4000 Bonus Requirements: Metsuki White Eye Backstory:This jutsu was used on Enzeru's mother by her own father of which she decided to train to learn the jutsu to unseal the the seal herself. However she never got to the white eye instead, her brother who did unsealed the eye for her making her the Red Spear, and his undoing.
Metsuki Construct: Elemental Disperse - Spoiler:
Name: Metsuki Construct: Elemental Disperse Rank: D/C/B/A/S/SS Jutsu Type: Nintaijutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:1/3 Range:Self Appearance: What it does:This jutsu allows the user of the metsuki eyes to charge chakra into their foot of which they pull back and thrust at an elemental jutsu sent at them. Because of the chakra they put into their foot it acts like a sword and cleaves through the jutsu causing the element to disperse and making the jutsu void. Limits are as followed: D Rank Metsuki:
- Only elemental jutsu that are D rank can be dispersed provided they take a solid form.
- Takes D rank chakra capacity to use
- Takes C rank or Higher Strength to break through the kick
C Rank Metsuki:

Metsuki Construct: Black Whip - Spoiler:
Name: Metsuki Construct: Black Whip Rank: A Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:1/3 Range:50m Appearance: What it does:This jutsu allows the user of the metsuki black eyes to create a black whip that ranges between 40-50m in size. The user can then send the whip to attack the user at the speed and strength of A. This whip has a second ability where is can break into two. It has a third ability where the whip can also become a blade. The whip has the ability to split into two whips which can either wrap around the opponents limbs and used to pull at them or turn into blades to pierce into two separate spots on the target. Because when it is split in two the whips divide their strength equally but their speed stays the same. The strength of both the whips is capped at B which when combined is at A. In order to avoid damage one needs A rank Strength or higher. The chakra capacity to make the whip is C, the chakra capacity to turn whip into blade is B each, the chakra capacity to split the whip into two is A. Name: Metsuki Construct: Chakra Field Rank: A Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:Indefinite/amount of posts active plus one Range:Self Appearance: What it does:This jutsu allows the user of the metsuki eyes to construct a chakra field around their body that is invisible to those unless they have a doujutsu that can see chakra themselves. This field of chakra takes refuge as a shield or force field for the user of which can deflect any physical contact jutsu that is Equal to A or lower in rank. The chakra capacity to activate the field is B the chakra capacity to keep it active is C rank each post, though if attacked and successfully deflects a jutsu it must be reformed. Strength of the field is A rank. Red Eye can reflect the jutsu back at the user if B rank or lower due to their animalistic behavior the chakra capacity to reflect a jutsu back is A rank. Note genjutsu's are not included they still will do damage no matter what. Name: Metsuki Construct:Traveling Spear Rank: B Jutsu Type: Nintaijutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:1/3 Range:Touch Appearance: What it does:This jutsu allows the user of red Eye or White eye to charge at the target whether it be someone or something at the speed of B of which they will channel chakra into their feet. Once done they will attempt to kick their target with the strength of B. When the user strikes and the foot connects the chakra channeled into the foot shoots a sharp pain into the target as if a spear pierced into them. The way to avoid this attack is to have Strength equal to higher than B. The chakra capacity used for this jutsu is C rank. Name: Metsuki Construct: 1,000 Kunai Kicks Rank: A Jutsu Type: Nintaijutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:1/3 Range:Touch Appearance: What it does:This jutsu allows the user of red Eye or White eye to Charge chakra into the soles of their feet. Upon doing this the user can then kick at the speed of A with a series of barrages that happen to be the user kicking simultaneously of at least twenty to thirty kicks. Because of the chakra placed in the soles of the users feet it feels like the target is getting several kunai shot into them at the same time. The way to avoid this is to have Strength equal to or higher than A. The chakra capacity for this move is around C. She was known as the Red Spear, her strength in her red eye form was like no other. She created the 1,000 Kunai Kicks technique in order to take down those who opposed her and her views on Metsuki Life.
Metsuki Construct: Soaring Lightning Spear - Spoiler:
b] Name: [/b]Metsuki Construct: Soaring Lightning Spear Rank: C/B Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Duration/Cooldown:1/5 Range:20m/30m Appearance: What it does:The metsuki user has the ability to charge chakra into their fist of which changes the flow of the chakra nature to construct into a Chakra like ball which color completely differs on the eye the jutsu is used with. Dimensions of the ball is about 2m/2m. At this point the user then adds a given element to the sphere of which changes the force in chakra nature. This element would be Lightning. The lightning would spark throughout the whole chakra sphere with little lightning streaks trailing off the users closed fist. Once done the chakra ball will change form which the lightning would trail down the blade as it was formed. The blade when formed has the dimensions of 8m in length. Once ready the user then makes a punching like motion which sends the blade to fly towards the target which also coats the weapon in electricity making a beam like structure in dimensions of a 10m radius which can travel 20-30m depending on the rank the jutsu is used at. The Strength of the blast is equal to the jutsu's rank when used {C rank if used at C, B rank if used at B} strength same with speed. In order to resist the attack is to have strength equal to or higher than the jutsu's rank when used. {C rank if used at C, B rank if used at B} Wordcount to learn: 1000/2000 Bonus Requirements: Metsuki/Lightning Element Have at least Blue Eye Backstory:This jutsu was created by Enzeru, this jutsu was formed after his training with agito of which he created a small sphere created purely of chakra and coated it in lightning. He would use this jutsu as a form of proving himself to his brother and his father who disapproved of him learning metsuki moves. This jutsu would give Enzeru the nick name The Blue Lightning Spear.
Metsuki Construct: Secret Palmed Blade - Spoiler:
Name: Metsuki Construct: Secret Palmed Blade Rank: B Jutsu Type: Nintaijutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:1/3 Range:Touch Appearance: What it does:This jutsu follows the same basics as that of Metsuki Construct: Traveling Spear. Instead of the metsuki user placing chakra into their feet they focus it directly into their palm of their hand. When the user strikes the opponent with in open palm and the strike is successful the chakra structure of the opponent goes haywire and feels like a hidden blade was forced through the palm. The reason for this is because metsuki have a special KKG where their chakra when made contact act like a blade. What really is happening is the chakra bursts in the hand of the metsuki user at contact which shoots into the opponent at the strength of B making it feel like a blade is stabbing them. Resistance from this attack is to have strength equal to or higher than B. The chakra capacity to use this jutsu is B. Instead of the metsuki user placing chakra into their feet they focus it directly into the palms of their hands. Name: Metsuki Construct: Celestial Calling Rank: S Jutsu Type: Nintaijutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:1/3 Range:Self {wings} Blast range 40m Appearance: What it does:This jutsu follows the metsuki of the white eye to construct chakra to their backs to form into two white wings in the color of the Metsuki eye. Once done the wings range to about 20meters each. On each wing there are two slits one on top of the other. The user places two hands on top each other place it ahead of their face of which when they pull apart their hands the slits of in the wings open up revealing Metsuki eyes colored red. Each eye dimensions are 10m each in size. Once the eyes open four beams are shot, each shot if looked at closely fire a white sword that moves at the speed of S coating it like a white beam being shot. Each dimension of the beam are 10m in size and have a radius of 20m between each wing. The beam has the strength of S. It costs B rank chakra capacity to form the wings with an additional A chakra capacity to open the eyes to shoot the beams. The resistance to the beams is the user to have strength rank equal to or higher than S. Wordcount to learn: 4000 Bonus Requirements: Metsuki White Eye Backstory:This jutsu was created by the Wife of the Founder of the Metsuki clan, it is said that she was once an angel that later took form of a human to give gifts of the heavens to the Metsuki clan, it is said that she gave the founder of the metsuki clan the ability to store so much chakra as well as to form constructs. It is said that metsuki clan members are actually related to that of angels, but this is only folklore, doubt that is even true. Probably made to give that illusion.
Metsuki Construct: God's Blade - Spoiler:
Name: Metsuki Construct: God's Blade Rank: SS Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Duration/Cooldown:Indefinite/amount of posts active plus five Range:Self-20M Appearance: What it does:This jutsu allows the user of the metsuki white eyes to construct chakra around them. Once done it is released in a large burst where several chains of 50 meters each will smash through the ground of the user which will coat their arm before becoming a sword around the size of 20 meters large. The blade is covered in chains of which are wrapped around the hilt or the users wrist. The user has two abilities with this sword. The blade dimensions are around 5meters long and curved like a sickle. The strength of the Blade is capped at B rank, the chakra capacity to summon the blade is C rank chakra. However at Red eye form the user can now summon blades from any point of their body without creating hand to skin contact. Because of the over exertion of chakra in Red form the blades become 8 meters long. The user can summon up to 5 blades from their body at a time in red form with a chakra capacity of B for each blade. The strength of the blades in red form jump to A due to the increased strength that is caused through Red Eye's initial ability. Upon doing this the user when falling in mid air can point their foot downwards aiming straight for the opponent. The speed of the fall is A rank as well the strength of the collision is A rank. Because of the chakra placed into the soles of the feet the attack if connected feels like a sharp edge blade connecting into the target, if the target has a blade and uses it to defend the chakra placed in the foot can cause the user to bounce off the blade un harmed sending them back in the air {like how it shows in the appearance}. What it does:The metsuki user has the ability to form a blue like ring that surrounds the user in a 15m radius. The user then uses a set of handsigns before smashing their palm into the ring which breaks the ring into 10 kunai that get sent flying at the user at the Speed of D as well as strength of D. To Resist one must have Strength equal to or less than D. It takes a total of 1 D rank chakra capacity to form the ring and additional D rank to break the ring into 10 kunai for them to be sent flying at the user. Several black needles thin and about 1.47 meters each, because of their size they are hard to even see. The thickness of each needle is much like that of a senbon.
What it does:
This jutsu allows the user of the metsuki black eyes to create up to ten black needles from their fingertips or any other pore they choose. Because of their size they are hard to even notice being created, the needles then will be fired at the users current reaction speed of which will inject themselves into the users blood stream, these needles give no sense of pain when injected. It is when the user snaps their fingers that the needles burst into even more blades that harden and slice inside the targets inside tearing them apart from the inside. The strength of every blade is at D but combined all together is that of B. The opposing target can resist the needles once in the blood stream and they can resist before if they have a higher health equal to or higher rank of B. Each needle takes C rank chakra capacity to form, activation is another C rank chakra capacity.
