Special Abilities:

Incredible Strength: Lunatic enhances the users strength in order to make swinging it around easier, causing a passive +1 towards strength.

Summon: Like all other weapons of Organization XII, Lunatic can be summoned and desummoned at the users reaction speed. Costs E-Rank to summon, free to dispel.

Berserk: The blade pumps even more energy into the user causing them to go into a berserker state, their strength and health gaining +2 for 5 posts. However this is draining on the user, requiring A rank chakra Initial and C rank upkeep while berserk. Cooldown of 6 posts.

I was told they were supposed to cost a D rank to summon and unsummon was I not correct?

Make it a C rank upkeep please for Berzerk

I've had a similar ability with the sane cost approved on a LW before. Anyway edited

Anything beyond a one stat, one boost is not considered a passive, otherwise this looks fine.
