What it does: When using an Akimichi clan jutsu that modifies the size of her body, the user can choose to keep the body part size the same, while still gaining the same stat bonuses from the jutsu.

Bonus Requirements: This was created by the more vain or self-concious members of the Akimichi clan, to maintain their form in combat.

No, not really. Akimichi are based on strength/health buffs, not all of which are expansion jutsu. Besides, this allows for the user's body parts to be less of a target during combat. A bigger hand is easier to hit.
