ZetsuEa-Asari shingari: This ability allows the hook end of the rod to absorb the uses chakra to cause the fishing line to form into chains and make the hook to form into an anchor. This can be used to swing at A rank speed at the strength of S rank for a chakra capacity usage of A rank use. Cool down for this is four posts.
Ea-Asari tenrai: This ability allows the user to coat the rod in their own chakra nature to use as a chakra infused weapon. This costs A rank chakra capacity each use though because the weapon has air release chakra nature compatibility it only takes C rank chakra capacity for Air release with a cool down of four posts total.

Backstory:This fishing rod was originally made by a man who went by the name of Kazuto Tenkuu. It was said he slain a mythical creature known as a mermaid of which he made the rod out of her scales. Eventually he found out that the scales allowed the compatibility of chakra natures as well as easy use of Air Release which was his main element and what he was known form.
