What it does:
All this skill does is permanently mark the makeup of the user's appearance of the age they are currently at without any signs of aging. This still means the user can gain age just not show signs of it. Example Bankai can still jump the user up 10 years ahead but the signs of aging will not be visible. Meaning the user could be Age 90 but look age 20 {LOL}
