Rank: S Special Abilities:Speed Enhancement: This ability gives the user the ability to have +1 locomotive and reactive speed rank added on to their speed stats as long as they wear this shirt. This is caused through the white symbols formed on the shirt that act like seals. Reapers Cloak: This ability allows the user cloak themselves in a black like coating that causes the user to vanish in thin air, chakra is still readable and still can be sensed, but it causes the user to disappear and move with stealth at the cost of S rank chakra capacity activation and B rank chakra capacity upkeep. This has a cool down of five posts after used. Lightning Reapers Repulse: The shirt allows the user to freely conduct electricity through it causing the wearer to be a lightning rod that can redirect lightning towards a target of their choosing. The user requires lightning element nature chakra to use. This allows the user to redirect another user's lightning jutsu back at them so long as it is two ranks lower than the users Ninjutsu/Kin jutsu knowledge stats. This in turn converts the lightning to strike back at the target. The lightning is A rank strength and B rank speed, and requires A rank chakra capacity to use and has a resistance of equal to or higher than A rank Health. The cool down for this is five posts.  Price: 9,000Ryo Character Specific: Kohei Bonus Requirements: This armor requires lightning element chakra nature for use of third ability. Backstory:It is said that this shirt was made through the experiments on Yin like chakra, the previous owner infused Yin chakra inside of the shirt itself to allow the wearer to have an over dose of Yin chakra that adds to speed and stealth to the user.

| Eh, use of lightning will always be in jutsu or ability form, please think up a new one for that. I'd allow you to redirect a lightning elemental attack under the same caviates(sp) as long as it's two ranks below say your Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu rank. | |
