Seal Rejection: This jacket has seals written all inside the inside of the jacket, this ability allows the wearer to reject seals placed on the user at the Rank equal to or lower than the wearer's Fuinjutsu Knowledge stats. This only renders the user immune to seals on the armor piece itself.

I'll approve it if you change that to on the jacket(way easier to hit the torso with a seal anyways, they'd expose themselves a bit much trying elsewhere imo so)
