What it does:
This specific jutsu is a chakra absorption jutsu that allows the user to turn ones own chakra against them.  The user applies hand signs of which after their hands become weapons.  The user will then attempt to strike at the opponent if the opponent is touched by any of the hands their chakra is sapped into the hands of the user of which reverts back like a pulse wave that crushes from the inside of the opponents body.  This jutsu is extremely deadly if used right and got the name Death Touch for a reason.  The strength of this jutsu is SS, the only way to avoid massive damage is to have Chakra capacity equal to or higher than the chakra capacity the user currently has on their stats.  The amount of chakra to activate is SS the amount to keep active is S.  This jutsu is a special Chakra absorption jutsu that turns another's chakra into a weapon from the inside. The way this is specifically done is the chakra when absorbed into the hands its released at a fast rate of SS which is shot through in a pulse like manner which causes internal damage to those who are touched.  This can not be used for a one hit kill in fact if the user has strength equal to the rank of the jutsu or higher they can break out of the grasp of the touch.  

Chart for Touch Drain:

• Brief touch like a tap Drains B rank chakra of which is used against the user.
  
  
• Full Touch, contact touch of a whole post allows the user to drain chakra the level of the target's current chakra capacity and turn it against them.
  

NOTE: The amount of chakra absorbed is dependent on the user's will as well as the amount of time in contact with the users hands. meaning user can have multiple physical contacts with their hands to continue to drain and pulsate chakra back as a weapon.

Backstory:
The creation of this jutsu is unknown but is said to be made by a female who surpassed death and could tear apart members limb from limb just by her touch.  She was named Hakuto who of which Yahiko reads about becomes interested in and relates to in many ways.  Hakuto was originally a young girl locked up in a room all her years to be sacrificed for her older sister.  Her older sister knew none of this, as Hakuto came to die she was stabbed through the heart, but she did not die it is said that her body was that of the reaper and thus she had it's powers to claim the soul she touched by ripping it to shreds. She made a game out of this and would kill over and over again of which later she too would be killed by her older sister later in her years of age.

Since this takes the targets chakra and turns it against them, I would think the resist should be equal to the amount of chakra absorbed.

I'd also like to see some sort of chart or table rather for the amount of chakra able to be absorbed. For instance, if only brushed by the users hands, you would absorb up to B rank chakra from the target and turn it against them. But if touched for an entire post, you can absorb an amount of chakra equal to the targets chakra capacity and turn it against them. This would also allow you to take an X rank amount of chakra from someone with X rank chakra capacity and turn it against them.


You should probably also note that the amount of chakra absorbed is dependent on the user's will as well as the amount of time in contact with the users hands. That way you can control he level of damage you want to perform.
