What it does:
The user is able to form rifts within the fabric of space that allows them to instantaneously transport themselves to different locations. They are also capable of sending different sections of their body forth by partially entering through the portal. Furthermore, they can use the portal to catch the enemies off guard by creating rifts behind them, and sending them to different dimensions. This happens so quickly that even a shinobi capable of instantaneous teleportation, was unable to evade it. It has been shown, however, that evading the portals is possible. The Speed the rifts Open and close is at the users thought speed, and to resist the suction of the rift is the match or beat the users Chakra stat with their Strength stat, these Rifts will drag them to the current created Dimension of Amenominaka.

Why strength? Willpower or Mental Sharpness or a Chakra Sub-stat would make sense but yeah, also if their reaction speed is higher than your thought speed they would be able to avoid it too huh?

I do strength cause its not a battle of their chakra or willpower to resist the suction, its like a vaccuum Cleaner, and that's only if that would be true, their Reaction being faster then my Thought speed, also, Their Reaction would only count the moment they knew about it, this can be used to blindside people if used properly, this is rather balanaced I think and im rather proud of it

I see a bit of a problem with someone just throwing something through here into someone's back or just auto-napping people.

Alright As much as this jutsu sounds cool as fuck there are some meta gaming issues with this jutsu let me point them out yeah?

• Kidnapping: This doesn't state you have to be in the thread to use the jutsu, so what is to stop you from barging into someones topic that is private and just ripping a void and kidnapping them instantly? This needs to be thorough on the case that that can not happen.
  
  
• Instant Killing: This brings up the fact that you can instant kill a user, which I think needs to be fixed. For example you could secretly create a void behind you or without the opponent seeing you and you through a kunai or sword through it then open up a rift behind the target and it flies into the heart of the target, op please make a statement that, that can't be done either
  
  
• Chakra capacity? Why did you not put the chakra capacity to make each void? As this would too need to be stated
