Special Abilities:

High Frequency Conductor: This blade has the ability to conduct electricity through the blade itself, the grip of the sword is rubber thus gets cut off at the source.  This is perfect for slicing through lightning based jutsu as long as the jutsu has the same strength of the user's current strength stat.  

Red High Frequency Charge: This blade has the ability to use red lightning, this specific lightning can not be manipulated nor consumed. The cost of red lightning however requires the sword itself to charge.  Much like the High Frequency scabbard ability that Raiden's HF Blade has, this blade can charge outside of the scabbard. The way this is done is through the sword's handle it has nano machines that create friction that create static electricity to charge up the blade. After a total of 5 posts the sword will be fully charged in the scabbard conducting electrical energy equal to the user's Ninjutsu/Kin knowledge stat, 3 posts the sword will be half charged conducting electrical energy equal to Ninjutsu/Kin knowledge stats of the user minus one full rank. This does not allow the user to cast jutsu but is only used to charge the blade accordingly. 3 posts is needed for half power, 5 posts is needed for full power. This does not require chakra capacity to use due to the handle of the blade making the charge.

System Lock: This blade has the ability to only be used by one owner. This is caused to the high tech programming placed into the scabbard.  There is a way to override this, if the owner of the blade dies the blade will be locked in the scabbard for a total of 5 posts before it unlocks, at that point the next person to remove the sword from the scabbard will get their DNA read into the scabbard of which now only that user can remove the blade from it's scabbard.

High Frequency Trigger: This blade has a trigger on the side of the scabbard which resembles that of a gun. This sheathe was forged from the remaining parts of a gun, because of this the trigger on the scabbard is used as a release mechanism of the sword itself. This can be used for many things, this can be used to release the sword so that the user can use it, or release the sword to fire off at the target, because the scabbard is much like a gun it still caries the same force to shoot out the blade.  The speed of the release is equal to that of the wielders reaction speed stats, the strength of the blade being fired is equal to the wielders Ninjutsu/Kin knowledge stats. To avoid injury the target would need to have equal to or higher than Ninjutsu/Kin knowledge stats that the wielder has.

Red High Frequency Slice: This blade moves nearly at the speed of light, or so it seems when really it has the speed of SS and Strength of SS, this specific move this blade has makes it seem as if time is slowing down for the User, this allows them to slice for vital points and even attempt for death.  Of course a target can avoid the attack by having strength equal to or higher than SS. This move can only be used twice per topic and has a chakra capacity of SS to use.  What happens is the blade is too fast for the user so it makes it seem like time is slowing down for them when really they are striking in a fast manor due to the speed of the blade. In this mode, the user looses reaction time and is slicing blindly at a rapid pace, this drops the user's reaction speed by 1. This has a duration of one post and a 3 post cool down. Each slice has red lightning flowing through it which must be charged through Red High Frequency Charge, upon each slice the strength of the red lightning is equal to that of the user's strength stats but decreases the reaction time of the user by one full rank again {making -2}. This uses chakra capacity of an additional S. To resist the lightning strikes as well is to have resistance equal to or higher than the wielders current strength stats.

Backstory:
This sword was said to be created in the future during the time guns were now apart of war. A cybernetic samurai known as Sam Jetstream was given this blade to use in order to stop Raiden. It is said that the blade found it's way back to the past by the warrior known as Raiden opening a dimensional rift and throwing it through.  It is also said, he who finds the blade must fight the holographic copy that is programmed into the blade.  This holographic copy fights just like a real person, and can give and take damage.  If they win they get the blade but locked in the scabbard till a certain time of which it will unlock to forever be the winner's blade. Because the blade once belonged to Sam the hologram will be that of Sam
