What it does:
From the Wiki:
A certain-kill technique, the user hardens their own bones and protrudes them out of the skin, and then fires these weaponised structures from their palms at the intended target. When these bones hit a living organism, the bone and target starts to deteriorate at a molecular level, rotting the victims and reducing their bodies to nothing more than a pile of ash.
Bones have a hardness and sharpness of SS. S rank health required to resist all effects. Bones in ranged mode are fired at SS-rank speed. Hit target dissolves at SS ranked speed  If Struck the Struck being Has three turns before they die, User is Immune To their own Bones. Because of the speed of the Molecular Deterioration Regen is basically negated, Immortality as well.

If a Really Vital spot (Brain or Heart) is Struck then the Resist is the only thing that can help, if they fail the resist then they die, if they hit a none vital spot, and resist fails, then the 3 post effect kicks in

SS-ranked Med can stop and reverse the deterioration ,EGF if through the heart, Jashins in the brain

Okay so if they are not hit in the heart it takes three posts for it to reach the heart?

Would not SS ranked regen techs or certain immortals prevent that let alone a direct hit? I simply fail to see the point of the flavor text.
