What it does: After chaining the Fallen One, the user now may unleash HIM upon his prey. Essentially the user has now bound Lucifer into a book, they may unleash him with 4 SS ranks worth of chakra. During this jutsu the user may not use any other jutsu other than those that will regenerate himself as once Lucifer springs forth from the book the user will burn into a pillar of salt. During this jutsu the user will just be in spiritual form, the body while salt does not matter whilst the Fallen One is out in play. Despite what happens to the pillar of salt, within three posts the boy will reconstruct itself to join Lucifer in his destruction.

As for Lucifer himself, when being summoned numerous Purple jets of spiritual energy will erupt from the earth around the user. These bolts are the same strength as the user's Space/Time, they travel at the speed of the user's locomotive rank and stretch up to two hundred meters in the sky, these last two posts before fading. The sky will turn black and none will be able to escape the topic after the Fallen One appears. Despite where they may flee, eventually the Fallen One will appear behind them. Lucifer may at touch damn the target to rot with him for eternity where they will become his slaves for this jutsu whenever used in the future. Furthermore Lucifer does not obey the laws of time/space, physics, chemistry or for that fact most anything.

As the user is just a spirit, their body is used during this jutsu and unless they have the chakra left to regenerate themselves after this jutsu they will die. Lucifer's stats are considered two ranks boosted for every facet above this jutsus' power. As such they unlike PC's do not cap at X. Furthermore Lucifer himself is above destruction and even if an attack were to be higher than his health, it would simply shut the jutsu down instead of destroy him.
