Appearance:  Gamatatsu is 7ft tall and 5ft wide Health: 20 Chakra: 50 Speed: 50 Special Abilities: Water Release: Water Gun: Using this technique, Gamatatsu blasts a wave of high-speed water at a target with a speed and power of 35. This ability costs 30CP to activate. Toad Oil Bullet: Gamatatsu converts his chakra into an extremely sticky oily mass and then spits it out at a target. This ability can either be used in conjunction with fire element techniques to add +20 to their power or can be spit at an opponent to lower their speed by 20. If used to lower a targets speed, they will be unable to move for 2 posts if their speed is less than 20. This ability costs 50CP to activate. Passive Abilities: Swimming: Gamatatsu can swim. Jumping: Gamatatsu can jump a maximum of 15 meters high and as far as 20 meters.
