Backstory:
These piercings are made out of metals broken down from kunai and senbon.  These piercings are chakra infused and have the ability to release a surge of chakra of which can be used for a certain duration

What it does:
These piercings look like mere metal however they are infused with chakra which can be activated upon the use of saying Surge. The key word will then activate a burst of chakra which is equal to the capacity of C rank for a total of two posts before deactivating.  They can only be used once per topic and after five topics new ones need to be bought. Each barbell and circular barbell each cap at around C rank Strength.
