What it does:Kyōka Suigetsu (鏡花水月; Literally meaning "Mirror Flower, Water Moon") is a Displacment technique utilizing their fear. It distorts an enemy's perception of him by creating an illusion akin to an afterimage. Those under the influence of the technique can be easily outmaneuvered by the one using it. The user uses their fear to channel it into their bodies(after activating the skill
Osore ), allowing them to become intangible and turn into a black smog as their bodies disappear. On the surface it will appear as if the user was it until their bodies disappear and they can now move to a new destination, but only in the radius of thirty meters. While this is used to dodge attacks, the user cannot use it to attack, only to dodge.

Backstory: After the creation of the technique he would dub "osore", Dusk had continued to train in the abilities in order to make a true assassin technique. One night during a full moon he observed how the moon danced on the waters surface. The idea sparked the jutsu in which he would use the same principle in order to outmaneuver his opponents.
