Special Abilities:
1 Due to the material that the armor is made of, A-rank or below chakra entities that have no power, such as seals, portals, or the like are erased and/or unable to be formed or initiated inside the radius. Jutsu with insufficient power cast within the radius are merely jammed and are unable to be cast. Jutsu with no stated power merely fizzle or fade as well. Does not affect genjutsu or senjutsu.

2. The armor, due to the materials it was created from and aligned with Kozai's body, gives the user a reduction in the physical damage he takes. -1 to blunt damage from melee sources, projectiles, blunt jutsu, etc. Sharp attacks still come through normally.

3. Due to the sinews and metabolic cells in the armor, the user gains +1 rank in movement speed.

Backstory: The armor was fashioned using the strongest materials from a dead beast of godlike power who seemed to have evolved specifically to kill ninja. Legend had it that this great cloud-dweller had been created by shinobi scientists as a war weapon. With special resistance to chakra, its hide and sinews were perfect combined with superior engineering.

Did you really think this would fly? It will not, both of the things above are SS ranked jutsus alone by themselves.

While this whole ability is rather LW, do you mean a chakra sub-stat here? You go on to mention it nulifies A rank and below seals, etc but the ones cast at the user according to this are nullified unless they are over your chakra rank? Quite, quite a bit of an ability.

this basically makes it so that NO jutsu can effect you. Yea that's a no go my friend. Pick one and reduce the damage it does, but this thing is too OP imo

Ok for one, this is an LW by all rights. I don't care if it's armor, it falls under the group of LW since it belongs to a character from another series. For two, like Kirito said, that Jutsu thing is a no go, lower the rank or get rid of it entirely. To +1 movement speed, no. Simply put no.
