What it does: The user creates a single 3-d non-solid clone of himself, similar to a hologram. However, the clone, being a replicant of the user, is intangible. At the same time, it retains a similar link to the user that would be given by Issetsugan paths. It is able to cast its voice, as a normal clone would. This clone can only be present in up to two topics at any given time.
Now, the user is capable of creating this clone inside topics (normal topic tag rules still apply) without his actual self being in the immediate vicinity of the topic. Within the range of 2 miles (i.e. a village), he would be able to create a clone freely. However, if there is a person with his mark seal or Fire Path seal at any point outside of the village, as long as the person is not in another dimension, the user is able to cast a clone to appear within 5 meters of that person (disregarding normal topic rules).
The appearance of the clone is the same as the user's, although the user can make small changes to clothing, accessories, etc.
While casting the clone, the user must be moderately inert (standing somewhat still) while maintaining the ram handseal for the duration of the jutsu. As such, the Mountain Path activates. Interestingly, this shunts the user's "presence" (chakra signature, malevolence if applicable for intent-sensing, etc.) to the clone.
The user is concious of the location of the clone.
The clone is capable of casting... nothing. Absolutely no jutsu. Ever.
Being a pseudo-hologram, however, it cannot be destroyed by physical means. However, anything that destroys chakra, absorbs it, seals it, etc. destroys it as long as it has A-rank power or above. C-rank per post to maintain the clone.
