What it does: Essentially this skill allows anyone in a fight with the user, and the user themselves to speak without fear of being in midst combat. The skill will essentially allow both parties to speak one sentence for each major action during a fight(ie: swinging a sword, casting a jutsu). They may speak more but can get interrupted if they do. If they speak more than one sentence they can be interrupted if the other person has one rank higher locomotive speed than the user's reaction speed. This interruption cannot be used to kill, nor even maim but it can be used to blast someone away with a fierce physical blow or land a seal on them. This increases with every sentence uttered making this skill a double edged sword depending on how wordy the person using it is. If they can keep their words to a sentence then there is nothing to fear.

4 Sentences= One rank Lower
