What it does:Using this jutsu, the user disturbs not only the whole of the opponent's brain, but the hypothalamus and pituitary specifically. He forces the brain to prepare the body, so the victim loses 2 ranks to locomotion speed and health, with a minimum of E. However, the most powerful attack comes simultaneously, when the genjutsu forces the victims' pituitary glands to create fast-acting neurotoxins. Those with a health lower than the jutsu's power at this point experience the neurochemical separation of their brain from their spinal cord, turning them into quadriplegics, while those who can resist the toxins are not affected by them. This genjutsu affects targets that the user designates; the user may choose to have the genjutsu not affect a certain target. The jutsu affects all beings within the radius that are valid targets. Being a non-visual genjutsu, this is merely a direct disturbance of opponents chakra, whether they are aware of it or not.
