It wasn't until 30 years ago that proof of there existence came to pass. They are worshiped because there eyes are believed to be gifts from the god of darkness himself. The welders of this dojutsu are said to go mad and kill any and everything without a care. Most fear them saying they are alined with the demon god himself.
