Iaido: The Blade is thin and lithe, able to attack and withdraw with little effort at all. Any sword skills used with this weapon gain a rank up in speed.


Attack Absorption: If this blade comes into contact with a Ninjutsu it is able to analyze and store data about that jutsu within the sheath. The blade still suffers any damage it would normally, and it can only store one jutsu at a time. This function has a two turn cool down.

Gun Sheath Attack: The user Sheaths their blade, and charges the blade with energy from the stored Jutsu. For a single attack the blade projects a three meter long beam of energy from the tip of the blade. Before unleashing it in an attack. This attack has a speed,power, and cost of SS. And is on a 5 turn cooldown.

Additonally the Beam of energy gains some properties of the Jutsu that is stored within the sheath.  (I.E if it absorbed a stored a Chidori, it's gain a stunning quality. If it stored a fireball it'd become a gout of flame. It cannot replicate Ninjutsu that require a medium, like earth, explosive clay, or water.) After the Jutsu is used, it's data is lost, and a new Jutsu has to be programmed.

What is the cost for the shot? It obviously uses quite a bit of chakra.

This is fine but in that case we will have to ask you to bump health down a rank to compensate for the other abilities you desire.

I don't think the speed of techniques disintergrates buildings, I believe that is power.
Also this is about three abilities in one. Separate them out, LW get 5.
I can already tell you that complete nullification with what you want is a no no.

These need cool downs but are otherwise fine. Good job.

Gun Sheath: No, that is by all means, an actual gun. I'm sorry that's not gonna work, you can change it to launching out the blade sheath with force but you're not gonna have a legit gun.

Iaido: I have no issue with this ability.

Attack absorption: Fine since SS, however you have to pick between it or Gun Sheath Attack.
