Appearance: The user places their hand on an object. The Object expands slightly as it's particles move apart.
 

What it does:
By placing their hands on an object the user can use magnet release to weaken the magnetic bonds that bind the object. Items affected by this jutsu must be composed minerals from the earth, metals, rocks etc...

A item touched by this jutsu looses a ranking in health as it's structure becomes less dense.

Any Health lost is returned at the end of the thread.

Backstory: A common technique for ninja's trained in industrial sabotage. Ninja trained in this art are usually sent into centers of production to weaken machinery, and equipment. Since the broken material will look like it broke naturally, this technique is almost impossible to track.

Clarify that items must be earthen or minerals from the earth to be affected as you want to loosen the molecules in the field.
