The Trail to Atlantis

Kuro stood back, watching the proceedings with an emotionless face, as the monsters began to attack his allies. He had little to no reason to interfere. If they were strong, they would grasp victory no matter the odds, right? That was the truth, to him. It was what he had done, after all. There was no reason to save those who could not save themselves! He had learned that the hard way, being kidnapped and abused for years, only surviving because of his OWN power. He could trust no one, could he? After all, trusting others had led to him becoming the thing he was now. Not human, not even close. What human could survive decapitation? Not only that, but use said decapitated head to Recite Shakespearean Quotations? Not that it mattered whether or not he could biologically be considered human. After all, his personality was far from it. He could watch people get slaughtered in front of him and not bat an eye. What normal being could do that? Hell, he could be the one to slaughter the innocent people and still not bat an eye.

Even so... Kaigen was his brother. As he watched the fish beast try to grab Kaigen, Kuro revoked his decision to not interfere, instantly shooting a string out to wrap around Kaigen's chest, pulling him back right before the creature would have been able to grab him, letting go of Kaigen once he was three meters from the creature, hoping he could handle it from here. Kuro did not want to get too involved, this was not his fight. Each of them had a test, and his had yet to appear. Even helping Kaigen was dishonorable, but Kuro could not bring himself to regret it. He was his brother, even if he did not remember...

Kuro huffed, before taking a seat on the ground. It was not his place to help others. His childhood dream may have been to become a superhero and save everyone, but this was the real...ish world. He wasnt one to point out it was a one dimensional plane of information placed upon a two dimensional viewing area, but no one needed to know that either. In any case, while he once wanted to save everyone, he now knew better. People had to die, and that was life. Death was just another part of life, so why should he devote everything to preventing it? Even if his own death was almost impossible, even if he would survive hundreds of years after anyone he loved, why should he save them? Maybe... just maybe because those precious few moments with the ones he loved would end up being worth more to him than any of the years of life afterwards...

Kuro closed his eyes, before standing abruptly, having barely been sitting down two seconds. In an act of both compassion and overprotectiveness, Kuro flung out both his hands, flinging out ten strings, twirling his hand so eight of his strings attempted to turn the Leechspitter into mulch, each string attempting eight cuts, all in different places, while the other two attempted to pull Kaigen and Dusk away from the monster, right before it would split into leeches. Kuro had to admit, that was slightly disgusting. Coming from the guy who often tore off his own head for amusement, that was quite a statement.

Incision...Hurt...Coppery feeling dripping from his body, yep he was definitely bleeding and the cause was definitely in front of him. As he looked or rather glanced down towards his body which was definitely defiled by someone's blade, his own had and twisted the blade in which the hentai styled monster had been so grabby handed for causing it to spin into the air ten meters above them. Because of this Dusk's arm would have been out of reach of the monster and his blade floating in the air. Of course every ninja knew not to jump into the air unless they could fly so in place of this he had devised a simple plan. Backstepping during this time since it appeared that the male he was trying to save could fend for himself, he threw two kunai at his blade, his timing being perfect and calculated to the T.

The first kunai which was aimed for the fifth rotation of the blade, would with immense strength, hit the hilt in which it would lurch forward two meters, though causing the kunai itself to fly off in some random ass way, would still allow his plan to further. As the blade which would be coming towards him, the second kunai would fly this time aiming to slow the blade down which with his calculations did just that. Now he had a blade coming straight down at him though from his current position it was aiming towards his not fucked up arm. With that he would tap the bottom of the sheath in which the blade belonged to, causing it to align up with the blade and thus sheathing itself before falling into his hand. During this time his body would slowly begin to heal, normally a charge of chakra would surge through his body amplifying and speeding up the healing process, but since he was in a place where he could not do that....well cauterizing and the healing factor he had been doing pretty well.

With his blade back he made haste towards his future position, helping the man named Kaigen partially escape though a certain magical index (no!) what he meant was a certain blue haired male had pulled him away from the monster before he had went grabby hands. Of course this left Dusk open with his attack, though unknown to him the male would have also saved him from a rather disturbing end. With that he would smile and nod to his slightly silent savior, no words to be said since he was focusing on keeping his arm on his body, though the fire had been helping wonders.

The others had definitely needed help, but with his body still healing and no way to know what weakness would play on which enemy he would place his trust in the ones that had been fighting their battles to come up with a way to win. He somehow wished his chakra would have been working in which case he could have easily healed himself without resorting to his specific powers, though the feeling of his flesh burning and sinews being put back together was both odd and sexually gratifying though in this case he would hide the urge to get a boner because of this mostly due to not wanting to freak people out.

Brink would be in a position that honestly he would not truly be in a position to help anyone however, there was a feeling swelling within him that he had to expose otherwise he would perhaps do something that would rather endanger everyone instead of actually helping the task at hand, therefore, he would let this feeling control him as he hand would rise in a motion that many would consider that of if he was playing some type of game known as basketball to some with this motion his three inner fingers would be pointed at the beast that was now receiving an assault from his kage and with careful timing his fingers would being to start to tremor at a great speed of that equal to his locomotive speed and after a moment of aiming he would let out a deep breath and with it would seemingly be a tremor bullet? That was shot at a speed of A rank and have an impact of A rank damage as well aimed for the middle of the forehead of the creature attack that of which he dare call his friend?

Therefore, as he would watch the bullet travel toward his target he would hope that the man’s rage would subside in time that he would not accidently get within the path of the bullet and get himself any more injured than he already was…. So with that Brink would now slowly lower himself from his blade kicking it back into its hilt as it would spin and go in rather smoothly for the calculation of the kick and the positioning of his hilt would have been nearly perfect, therefore, as it would slowly land within after he would hear the click he would take the blade from his side and would now have it sheathed laying in his hands just in case something or someone would have caused him to need it and he would watch as the battle would continue for his would have been over seemingly passing the test that was given to him and hoping that the many ninja that would have been accompanying him and the others would also pass theirs however, it seems he would for at least this moment have gotten off with the least amount of damage from those who were attacked to begin with and he would intend to stay that way for the time that he could for preparation for possibly an even more grand battle to come…

Kaigen's body went hopping into a style of pure hops. Trying to keep his body in movement to help him anticipate his opponents movements, depending on solely Taijutsu was something he'd have to try in the future. The man with the lost memory decided to plot out another attack or a counter attack would be more accurate. His Orange eyes were to locked on his opponent to notice the blue haired fellow plotting to save him from his issues, for what reason of course Kaigen couldn't know. Personally he thought the guy was pretty strange, but what could Kaigen say for he himself was always trying to find parts of himself that he somehow lost? Perhaps he shouldn't be jealous that the next man was safe within ones self? In a split moment he decided maybe the guy in the blue was actually a better man than himself, but before he could get to all the extra of course a nasty beast had to make an attempt to have their way with him. Kaigen and the beast were close quarters range for another round of attacks, but instead of Kaigen being able to plot he had a very strange interference.



Big Br- no no no the strange man with blue hair that kind of looks mean took the time out of his life to help out defenseless Kaigen who should probably know to buy a weapon or two by now."Alright lets go you b-HUUGH" that was what came out, during his speech and without him even paying attention strings strapped around his chest and gave a hard yank, lifting him just a couple centimeters in the air but successfully dodging his opponent's attack giving him distance and space.


Kaigen's landing was light and with that he quickly turned his head over to the source of the strings that somehow was sprouted, by the blue haired male he was just thinking about. Now this was awkward because he was hoping the guy couldn't read minds, but his face was confused, very confused but even with that confusion he gave a nod of thanks. Respecting his help none the less, quickly getting back to his death match as he went for another preparation for his opponent - he understood one on one fights were about honor. Kaigen blinked as this time he could hear the strings a bit more fluently as they went to completely and utterly destroy the creature in front of him and before the final impact Kaigen was once again met with the strings.


They gave him another pull but this time it pulled him about four meters in front of the blue haired guy. His orange eyes focused on his savior as they were now within talking and breathing range of each other, scanning him for mysterious intent he found none, which was even more strange he helped him for no reason at all. Or was the reason one of the best reasons a brother could ever understand, even if he didn't remember it his brother was indeed still there - Even in another galaxy they stood together just like their parents always hoped.

Kikato was getting into a worse and worse situation, and he did not realize it, his body would get weaker, and so he would just give up and accept his fate, his bones receded and his spear like nails returned, and he would just slump over and waited for what would happen to happen, he had grown tired of fighting anyways, and ever since he entered this world it had been nothing but fights for him, he would close his eyes and allow the pain to drift him away, the actions of the others no longer concerned him, he did wish them all the best though

Finally noticing the great beast behind her, Aoimara inhaled sharply and quickly jumped into the air, still holding tight onto her light form which seemed to be the best option. She aimed to jump over the guards attack and fall spinning into a roundhouse kick, sending the inner circle of guards backwards into the four behind them, or simply to kill them, either way would be fine. Turning her attention then to the monster, looking up and whistling quietly in admiration, she quickly readied a three foot blade made of light energy Chewing her lip and trying to maintain her furious pace to avoid being flanked, Aoi attempted to run at light speed and uppercut the looming brute. Hoping to empty his guts and end the fight, she would charge forward directly towards him. Slashing across the grotesquely impressive ropelike finger attack above her head, she then turned her blade forward to sink to the hilt in his belly and leaped upward with all the energy she could devote to it. If she is endangered by a block or seriously hurt at any time, she will sprint back to the comparatively empty right side of the field to regroup.

Venus would cringe as the black featureless monster began to smile. It was a grotesque and inhuman smile, stretching over more than half the monster's face, reminding her of a cartoon clown. Venus had no idea what to do, she had never been in a situation where she was not able to use chakra or her chakra chains to get out of a situation. If she could use chakra this thing would have been destroyed ages ago. She could have smothered it in paper bombs, or pierced it with her chains. Instead, she was stuck trying to use four throwing knives against a monster made of a tar-like slimy substance. Venus did not even know if this thing could be hurt by physical damage. Her back was almost to the wall and for once in her life, Venus needed a hand, six more to be precise.

As the tar monster's gurgling voice began to boom Venus wished someone was there to save her. Images of her mother flashed in her mind and as she prayed for help something inside of her began to churn. At first Venus believed it was simply the disgust she held for the tar monster catching up to her stomach, but as the churning began to move through her entire body, Venus felt something grow. A power began to spread through Venus's body, it felt similar to chakra but it was also foreign in how it moved through her body. The power moved from the center of her being outwards, and even beyond. Three sets of arms sprouted from the sides of Venus's abdomen, and an exoskeleton grew from her pours to cover her body like armor. Words whispered through her mind as these changes commenced belonging to a quiet female voice, "Your wish has been granted." Venus looked down at the shocking changes to her body, it wasn't everyday a girl grew six arms and exoskeleton, puberty could really be a bitch sometimes. Venus knew she had to take advantage of this surprising body change and quickly threw all four throwing knives at the tar beast, aiming for its open mouth. The knives whizzed through the air an accelerated speeds almost untraceable for those inexperienced in combat, being thrown with a very surprising amount of force for a young woman.

Though the throwing speed of her knives was surprising, they were to only be used as a distraction from the real show. Aiming at the ground with her eight fists, Venus would pack all of her strength into crashing into the aged ground below her and the monster. Her 8 fists (with A rank strength each) would smash into the ground and if successful, would cause a large 10 foot wide fissure to etch 20 feet across the ground in front of Venus right below the slime creature. If all went according to plan the creature would plummet to its death below the ocean floor. Venus did not know how deep the fissure was but from what she could tell, it was at least a 20 foot deep grave. "Come in to my parlor, said the spider to the fly." Venus thought to herself.

Yahiko slid underneath but he never expected what happened next as millions of leeches exploded from the beast's gut and splashed down writhing all over his body seeking places to find purchase and draw the life essence from his body. If Yahiko did continue with his idea he would blast the corpse multiple times leaving scorch marks on the shell that had, up until then, held in the hundreds of millions of leeches. Of course that would not be the only problem Yahiko had as he inevitably allowed even a tiny amount of his poison to filter back in, his bowels told him that of course...

Now what would Yahiko do, the brute gone but the leeches plentiful?

Venus launched her knives into the beasts mouth and it began to laugh "The tar logia is more than thi- wait, no that will, what are you noooooo!" the beast flailed about before it screamed as it's massive weight caused the imagined hole to become much bigger than anticipated tipping Venus towards the hole she had created and it would cause her to tumble in after the greasy bastard if she did not react quickly.

Meanwhile at the other Leech spout;

Kuro had helped a bit with Kaigen before but this time he was helping both Kaigen and Dusk against quite a serious threat and his enhanced strings cut through the leeches like a kid cuts through the packaging of a toy, sloppy and fast. Of course while it did cut through a few of the leeches, the rest spilled out all over the two as they were being pulled away thanks to these and Dusk's cuts, in the end his over-protectiveness had simply accelerated the situation. That was not all however, he left himself completely open in the back, an opening that was being exploited as the leech spitter exploded.

A tall being, similar to the one who took an interest unfolded himself behind Kuro. Upon his head were two horns shaped like those of a goat, he held a smile upon his face that stretched further than his own cheeks, revealing a gash in the face. This was the exact moment when Roland Ootsutsuki passed out, and his protection and nerfing no longer held sway over the battle. The jaw of the creature snapped out, hoping to bite a chunk out of Kuro's spine, and it crossed the ten feet between them in an instant. While it did this, it's left arm snapped out and unfolded plucking Kikato up like a rotten fruit that had fallen on the ground. With a quick flick he sent him flying over to his right hand where he began to squeeze him after the air was knocked out of the Kazekage upon impact.

Brink would be granted his wish as a shadow slank up in front of him, it would haze and form with jerking movements and it seemed like some static from television in the form of a dog. In his mind Brink would be assaulted by a feeling of nausea as the dog seemed to begin to grow in front of him.

Aoimara would begin her assault simply by jumping up and coming back own at first dodging the beast's fingers and then phasing through them as she spun and used her momentum to throw each guard backwards who were caught by the one's behind them who began to scream and run in fear, this would be about the time when she focused on the beast who had tried only for a split second to grab at a solid part of her form. Instead it was distracted by the two newcomers to the fight "We had it, I swear. These peons are no match for us, just give me a second, my soul can't-" it was begging, but if Aoimara continued on with her assault it would be quite literally cut off. Aoimara would emerge on the other side of his body after splitting it in half from navel to the top of his skull, her light form luckily allowing the blood to phase through and not destroy her in an acidic hell rain.

"So if I crush this one, would you all hate me?" a voice asked, it was light and inviting yet it seemed to come from the lanky being which was folded many times on each limb despite being over fifteen feet tall currently, it held Kikato in a grasp that constricted and restricted all forms of movement. When it spoke, it's mouth did not move, instead the gash remained with it's odd rows of teeth, a mockery of life.

If we all get posted by Friday, I can start the next Arc monday which will be dealing with FF7 and that Cloud Strife dude that's been registering stuff. I will also get out SS forms, more WC prizes, and mystery items to all participants/people that applies to.

What I want you to do is, in a bracket at the bottom of this post add in which part you enjoyed the most of another person's writing. I also want you to state who you thought did the best, two people who did good, and one who needs improvement along with reasoning.

The Next arc will deal much less with combat and a bit more with puzzles and a bit of luck. So best of luck, I shall post asap after Friday Noon Central Time.

Kuro hissed as the damn leeches survived his strings. He needed to use these things more accurately, as he should have split the damn thing into pure cells alone, rather than the normal leeches it had forced itself into. Damn, he needed to fix his accuracy. Not his fault his eyesight was shitty. Maybe he could get a dojutsu soon to fix that. If not, he could probably make a seal for it, or just buy glasses, no matter how bad he felt he would look with them. It did not help that he felt like utter shit recently, especially with Kaigen still being alive. That revelation couldve waited until they werent in a situation involving possible deaths. Kuro's mind was still racing about the possibilities, though it was doubtful that it wasnt Kaigen at this point. Perfect age, accent, voice, hell if Kuro had focused on his nose he would probably even recognize the scent. Kaigen had been the only person he had contact with in his early years, so it was doubtful Kuro would forget anything about him.

Kuro felt an impact on his back, and he screamed in pain. Oh god, the sheer devastatingly horrible pain which crippled him so! Rather, it would have, had he not put Dragonslayer on his back before using his strings. As amusing as it was, some beast had thought they could pierce through the stupidly strong material which made up Dragonslayer's massive form. Unfortunately, that was just not quite possible, as the Dragonslayer was ridiculous dense, weighing more than its wielder. Kuro doubted the beast would be capable of pulling its teeth away, as the teeth dug into the material slightly, just enough for it to be difficult to pull said teeth out, especially as the jaw would be incredibly sore. In any case, Kuro swung his hands back, his strings forming a net around his back, the only large opening being the direction of Kuro, with edge of the net being a few feet past the beast's legs, before closing the net in around the beast, the only way it could dodge being either jumping above Kuro's net, or somehow vanishing beneath ground. Or killing Kuro before he could finish the movement, which was... doubtful. Jashinism didnt work by chakra, after all.

Kuro did not worry about anyone else at the moment, finally have his own enemy to focus on. Kaigen and Dusk should be able to kill a few measly leeches, after all. If not, oh well. Kaigen may be his brother, but if he had lost his memory, it was only biological, which meant nothing to Kuro. He would murder his own sister before murdering a friend, after all.

{I rather enjoyed the team fights, as they tend to be very rare in rp these days.
Also, Im not sure who did the best, but I have it narrowed down to two. Anarchy and Dusk. Their posts werent dull or draining to read, they got to the point with enough characterization to make them feel more alive than a robot. 
Two good? Brink and Alice. It was nice reading the posts, though I admit I found myself a bit bored at times, thats mostly because I dont know the characters at all, and havent read up on them, so its hard to sympathize or relate.
Needs improvement... Kikato. Mostly because he was lazy as fuck. Seriously man >.>}

This situation was going from bad to a really bad scene out of an adult movie in which he wanted no part in. Of course he took out his opponent though as he was being pulled away he was caught by the little stowaways in the monsters stomach, seriously what kind of creature carried such nasty ass cretins within him...well the good thing was that Dusk was NOT from this universe or realm whatever the proper term for it would be. His situation was now from minor to worse as he could feel the leeches trying to find an orifice or two to get into, of course with the amount of clothing he had on it would become rather difficult for them to get through his heavy clothing.

At this point, the same voice in which introduced him to his power earlier had came back but this time had given him more advice rather than a simple riddle," You grasped the power of your flames in order to cover your hand, but what about your body?," the simple riddle caused him to smile as his body began to boil and steam before catching fire, an immense body becoming one with the element of fire as he smiled and intensified the fire of course moving himself from the other two so that he did not harm them. The intense flames would continue to stoke as his thoughts turned to the leeches. Being amphibious creatures they thrived off water, thus give them more fire and more fire they would begin to swell and pop, of course his body was now made of pure fire so unknown to him he had just became an avatar of fire.

If his idea had went through without many issues, the leeches would have all been dealt with and his body was now free from any of them trying to defile his body with their nasty touch. After making sure they were all gone he simply turned to listen to a certain voice speak about crushing one of the people in which he would laugh," I don't know the unlucky fool but," his fingers moving about to the few that did," These people might just rip you limb from limb, so take that up with them," though he didn't know the male who had been unfortunate to be in his grips, though his comrades might just have something to say about this.

(What i liked the most would be the team fights, though i was half looking forward to a little delving into the atlantian city. Though i have no one person to say that was the best because i enjoyed reading each post, the two that i thought did good however were Lynz and Psychosis, due to no matter how much they wrote it had a lot of description that helped evolve their little areas. Room for improvement was Kikato because...i expected more from him knowing how much he could have done with it >_>)

As yahiko successfully slid under the big brute covered in his poison he would feel a sickening feeling deep from within his stomach. It seemed rather odd and honestly he didn't really like the feeling of this sickening feeling. He wasn't really paying attention to anything else but this situation. Why did he feel like this, then suddenly he would look up and notice leeches spawning from the shell of the brute. What the hell, what was he going to do, suddenly he would feel the fuckers latch onto him. He didn't realize it till he blew open the shell of the brute from before. Suddenly he would feel himself get drained, he was annoyed. He would simply roll around on the ground into his own poison.

Again he would feel a sickening feeling from his stomach, in fact he felt something rather odd. He would get up in a rather quick motion and run towards the end of the area that couldn't exactly be in plain view and go about some. . .uh business. God damn it what exactly caused this? He wouldn't exactly feel the leaches on him they must have died from the poison right? Right now he wasn't thinking about that his stomach was killing him, he would continue about his business in the unseen area as he was slowly feeling relief from his stomach. As he would peek out from the corner he would see his Kage held in the hands of the giant monster. Good lord this just gets better and better. He would sigh as he really couldn't do anything about it right now.

{HAVE TO SAY THAT WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING POST I HAVE EVER MADE >_<. Ahem, anyway I thought users that did the best probably would be Dusk and Psy, their posts were the most enjoyable for me as they were really descriptive and well put, If I had to think who needs improvement and I know it's been said twice now. . .but Kikato, though I know it was because he was lazy he could have done a bit more work. But either way I want to remain neutral and say that everyone did a good job but yeah.}

As brink would be watching the battlefield his attempt to analyze what everyone was doing would be cut off seemingly by yet another mysterious let’s say thing coming before him however, he would feel no soul from this being and even more so he had no reason to simply attack it. There was no sense of immediate danger and honestly he would have been tired of the outrageous amount of bloodshed that was transpiring though he was all for combat this was more of blind chaos than what he would call anything close to enjoyable combat…

“So what type of concoction are you? You seemingly don’t have a soul and without any sign of attempt to attack any others on the battlefield I would love to know what made me so interesting a target if you will?”

He would try seeing what the being would say though at this point in time if the wrong thing was said or the wrong move was to be played it felt that either side could take a rather heavy lose as for he didn’t truly need to speak with the being in front of him but he had question that he wished answered before this realm he was in was either destroyed or they found safe passage outward from it. Therefore, brink would let his demeanor slightly relax though not enough to truly be taken by surprise or be unprepared if this object where to attempt an attack but enough so that it could also feel at ease in front of the monstrosity that many people didn’t even dare speak with….

[As for who I feel did the best I couldn’t honestly give it to a single person for I didn’t read all their post nor did I out of the people that I did see one that shined bright like a diamond in the rough…. Lol but if I had to assign it to someone I guess psy would be the best candidate I suppose simply because his post actually assets everyone in them and not simply focusing on one or two actions he actually made a post where seemingly he read everyone’s post and actually described the actions taking place around him instead of simply doing what he pleased ignoring all the other members that impacted every situation in this arc.

As for two good people I would have to say Dusk and Lyze because their post where of them I felt they grasped what I read of their character rather well and had enjoyable material to read and actually seemingly pushed me along with psy’s post to post at a level other than pure laziness.
And as for the bad/needs improvement without a doubt it would have to be kikato for he gave no fucks seemingly toward the end of the arc and slowly just kept going down in posting quality though I don’t know the reasons for this if there are any it does affect how one looks at you and makes me question if you even truly wanted to be in the topic in the first place with that amount of effort.

P.S. favorite part would have to be the chaos that was going on around because I feel it let everyone show their combat side and or simply just showing their group work skills which could lead to more interesting arcs when the people that showed great group potential are together and also it allows for fun combat arcs that can be based on certain people’s skill level from what I saw. So I feel that was the part that actual pushed you not only be creative but strategic and I enjoyed seeing how people reacted to the situations they were put in and got themselves into at the same time that is all… lol]

Smirking when her light blade pierced her gargantuan foe, Aoimara leaped upwards immediately to fillet him, but misjudged the angle a bit. She blinked when the lights went out for a moment then realized what happened. Aoi was laughing when she crashed through the monster's skull in a burst of red slimy mist back into the daylight. Habitually but unnecessarily shaking gore out of her hair, she took a look around for someone else to practice on. What caught her eye, however, was one of her assumed allies hunched miserably in a mess of various bodily fluids. Retching like a sick possum, he struck her as the definition of "sick as a dog." The spattering of mashed and sickly leeches all over his shaking form made this simply too much abnormality to ignore. She called out, "Hey! Sticky! Did you eat one of those??" not having a clue what to make of it. The words of the beast holding another assumed ally suddenly sank in, however, and she urgently focused on that. "You can't just do that!" she snapped, pointing up at the unnerving creature. She flashed white hot light from her eyes and disappeared in a high speed dash to flank the beast, attempting to cut its Achilles tendons (or sever a foot) and distract it from mushing up her trapped companion.

Kaigen had quickly slammed his fist into the ground, the floor itself had large pretty rocks on the ground - easily grabbing a rather large rock he aimed quickly and carefully before launching it at his strengths speed. The rock due to it's weight and his strength he was able to smack about five leeches aiming to come down on his legs, he did a quick movement avoiding the leeches slamming his ground into the ground again picking up more rocks and as he did so he noticed the opening Kuro had behind him, before anything he reacted on his own, in a safe area he threw a rock at SS speed with heavy momentum "Duck!" He yelled towards the blue hair.


The Blue rock would do a slight curve but not enough so that he doesn't get hit, hopefully he would duck so that the rock would do damage with the strength behind it aiming for the beast throat as the rock was big enough to make him choke on it - Sometimes it wasn't the weapon but how hard it was thrown. Jumping backwards to gain a bit more distance he picked up more rocks and in quick movement he chucked ten rocks at the leeches at quick speed and power to slam into the leeches with strong force to help the fellow Dusk out - the ten rocks were to take out any threats around Dusk as he did help him out a bit. Afterwards picking up more rocks was the key, he was chakraless but he was far from useless in his opinion. Brothers in arms and what not.

Venus and the slime monster fell, the beast expanded itself to avoid crashing into the watery depths, but Venus did nothing of the sort and fell into the water. The devil fruit user was in quite the bad positions, as were a few others. One of which was Kuro who did not attempt to dodge as he had assumed the beast behind him acting corporeally, and as such would dash it's teeth on the sword on his back. It was not, and without the boost and nerf supplied by the unconscious Roland Ootsutsuki it would have messed up a fair portion of his flesh if it was. As it was however Kuro Shikyo would feel as if a part of him was missing, torn asunder as it were. While it would not affect him deeply, it would be due to the fact that the thing tore a chunk from his soul, and the glowing part could now be seen by all around them.

"Brink, I will see you again. I see that you can sense souls, here, allow me to expose mine" the being in front of Brink would reply in his mind as it's form shifted and seemed to solidify into that of a cat who's essence seemed to suck light around it into it's form of nothingness. As it solidified Brink would be brought to his knees by the force of the jacket being ripped off of the creature's soul. It would fill Brink with a feeling similar to as if someone poured the grease vats behind a fast food restaurant into his muscles, veins, and organs.

Dusk burned through the leeches easily, with a bit better of a time than Yahiko had. The other ninja was currently retching up from nausea but at least any threat near him was neutralized. Though Dusk may be jealous of the level of nausea soon.

Aoimara would finish slicing her distracted foe, exploding him into an acidic blood mist which would go harmlessly through her light form and eat at the ground below her. After exchanging words with Yahiko her attention would be focused on the beast in front of her. Around this time Kaigen Shikyo would hurl a rock towards the beast behind his brother, informing him to duck. If his brother did so it would continue beyond passing through the beast. Kaigen would then shift his assault to take out the other leeches. Now all three had eliminated the pesks from the potential of harming them.

The strings went straight through the beast as it snatched it's jaws backwards, and they shot in a net-like pattern underneath the creature who allowed the things to move through his legs. This would be about the same time as Aoimara who growled slightly but as the rest, it simply went through. The creature's smile then only intensified as the things, gigantic, yellow eyes swirled around in circles. "I would love to see them Dusk Tachibana" the beast would speak inside of Dusk's head as his pupils focused on Dusk who would now begin to feel a creeping nausea and dread creep into the bottom of his soul. The terror grew with each word spoken, even though the voice seemed angelic, it was truly hollow. Dusk would begin to feel his willpower fade to nothing as it seemed only he and the beast were there. The same thing would happen to Aoimara as an eye formed in the back of his skull, a piercing yellow eye staring right into Aoimara's eyes. "Do you really think that dull light can pierce my heavenly form small child?" the beast would ask as it began to laugh.

"Shall I just kill you all now?" the being asked it's voice booming across the field as a familiar sound began. At first it was covered by the beast's voice, but soon the grinding of gears much like as if someone had left the parking break on began to pierce through. A blue box materialized in the upper part of the field, where Aoimara had left her victim's corpses.

"Looks like company Baphomet" the cat purred as it never shifted it's attention from Brink. As he spoke the doors to the blue box had opened and out stepped a man in a brown trench coat with two odd sneakers and striped dress pants.

"Sorry for the wait everyone, but if we could all get back on the bus we can continue the field trip" the Doctor beamed as he withdrew the sonic screwdriver from his breast pocket.

A single, puke yellow colored eyeball materialized on the beasts back after Aoi's failed slash attack and fixed its gaze on her, who stood rooted to the spot deeply shaken and staring right back for the moment. The now somewhat familiar sound of metal in pain snapped her attention to the pile of guards, as her kidnapper hero appeared out of the blue again and beckoned them all aboard. Turning to the monster trying not to let fear edge into her tone she said, "You're a real asshole but I sure as hell don't want to fight you anymore. This is becoming more trouble than I wanted." besides... this is definitely an evil eye! I've heard of this! It must be cursing me with it's yolky eye evil juju. I think granny said the only way to counter a curse was... She tossed her hair out of her eyes and glowered up defiantly, making a cross with her pointer fingers and pointing it at the eye. "WITCH BEGONE!" she ordered, shooting a ray of light from her crossed fingers straight into his creepy eye. Not interested in staying to find out what happened, she turned tail and fled at full movement speed towards the blue flying machine. Reaching the doors she nodded to the mystery man, "Some of us are in real trouble here, I think it's safe to assume we're all ready to get out of this place before any more shit hits any more fans. Or leeches." She looked back guardedly towards the fights from behind the door and waited to see what he would say.

Now Kikato realized he needed to step up his game, and this beast just grabbed him, His eyes would dart open and he would wait, the moment he left the beasts left hand he was drawing his Totsuka Blade which was on his left hip, Iaido Style with his right hand, his left hand holding the sheath in place, as well as touching the Sheath of his Tenseiga, and as he was above the creature, he would prepare his sword to touch down into the hand of the beast before any other part of him, and upon contact with the blade, the Blade would Seal the Beast into a void, the special ability of his Totsuka blade, and as his body would begin to fall towards the ground he would land on his feet with a thud and with a quick flick of the wrist his Totsuka Blade was flicked of any possible blood and was sheathed in one swift fluid motion, Mean while his hands would switch to the other side of his hip as he prepared his Bakusaiga, His eyes would scan the room now, his bones retracting and his claws as well.

It appeared hopefully everyone had taken care of the beast that they had to deal with, But Roland had collapsed at some point, it must have been when he gave up, cause at that point he did not care about the world or anything, what a foolish thing for him to do, but it hopefully got him free of the beast and defeated the retched thing, he noted the damage the group seemed to have taken, Physically it seemed almost nothing was done to them, no they seemed drained, as if low on chakra, but that was blocked off, more of low on spirit perhaps? Something he would have to talk to roland about later maybe.

Suddenly the Blue Box appeared, well took him long enough, the man who picked him up along with the others that accompanied Roland had Returned, excellent, Kikato would relax his muscles and headed for the Box, but his senses were still on high alert from this recent encounter, he noted the girl with Blue hair, she was rather competent with her skills, good, was she not a new person in his village too? that was excellent to have such a great girl in the midst of his village, he noted his student Roland who he would walk over and attempt to help up, and Attempt to carry him to the Box, He noted the Blue hair man who seemed to stay close to the one with darker skin it appeared, and did the other one call him brother? interesting, there was his other student Brink there as well, he seemed to have done exceptionally well, excellent, his village was doing him proud, Yahiko...well Yahiko was his village member too, and did well, if only Kikato knew about the corner incedent eh? Oh well, then there was this man with Yellow hair? Who knows he stopped paying attention to all the details, he noticed however one kid who was still passed out.

So after His attempt to load Roland up in the box he would go to collect up the other passed out members of the party, he was never one to leave someone behind for any reason, He would wait to see if anyone else needed his help then he would head back to the box stopping to look at the doctor, shake his head and sighed offering a thanks and stepped into the box, waiting on the doctor now.

The leeches were taken care of by the flames of his new power in which he was pleased with, the voice giving him the best advice he had heard in such a long time. As his body slowly returned to normal his eyes would turn towards the others, more specifically the entity holding onto the Kazekage though unknown to him of whom the individual was, he simply waited on the next move of the beast. A smile crept upon his face, well at the current moment he was a he, though as he reached for his sword in order to make a move it had hit him....a feeling he had not felt in so long. The eyes that had been staring into his red hues began to echo within the recesses of his mind as the voice behind the beast echoed throughout the crevices of his inner sanctum.

A mental attack was his first thought in which he tried to barricade his mind though as he did this, he failed to see the real attack. From this his mind went dark and the moment it had fully taken advantage of him, it unlocked a hell in which Dusk had never wanted to experience again. From the darkness that spawned from the area in which the strange entity and Dusk, voices began to chime from the silence, the voices being filled with anguish and torment. Each soul began to cry in sorrow as Dusks Corporeal form began to slowly break down, his face beginning to sweat and his knees breaking," No...," this feeling of despair caused the many souls he had finally conquered began to leak out at the first sight of their host cracking.

The shattered souls of over one hundred people began to ache and groan through every pore of his mind as he barked to shut them up," SHUT UP!!! YOU AREN'T MEANT TO DO THIS!!!," it was like he was yelling at both the voice and the multitude of voices barking and crying at him in an attempt to take over their host. Outside it seemed just as it was on the inside as more and more voices could be heard speaking sporadically as Dusk's continued to overlay them. His form for a moment would begin to shake almost as if he was breaking apart and yet it remained in one complete form.

This went on as the voice spoke onward, his mind becoming torn into turmoil before it happened. The sound of the blue box began and its annoying gears became louder than the voices altogether. As the man in the box stepped out and spoke, Dusk would have been throwing up quite a bit though it was a mix of blood and something else that couldn't be identified. Standing up wobbly at first, he would continue his own mental battle while shuffling past the Doctor only muttering a few words that were meant for the Doctor only," Impeccable timing...Souls...suck," moving past the male he resorted to sitting in a corner as all that could be heard from him were grounds and disembodied arguments.

Picking up Roland Ootsutsuki the Doctor would leave with Dusk and Aoimari as Kikato's soul would be unable to move to unleash the sword much less have the sword cut it, it mattered not. Still the creature surprisingly let him go as Kikato then made it onto the Tardis.

Venus had not been saved from her drowning and her corpse sank to the bottom of the ocean as the rest saw the Tardis disappear from their lack of response.
