Range: 10 Meters Appearance: N/A What it does: Causes the target's nerves and body to feel the effects of extremely hot fire, experiencing the pain of being on fire. This also blurs the vision of the target from the heat. This lasts for 3 posts. Once this wears off, the user's nerves will be shut down, unable to feel anything, making any sort of movement extremely difficult. This numbing effect lasts for 5 posts before returning, starting as soon as the fire sensation wears off. Resist if Willpower is A or higher. | Change strength to resist to willpower as strength has nothing to do with this at all, and remove that bit about chakra flow being disabled during this. | |
