Dajinns Red Rod [LW]

Name: Dajinns Red Rod
Appearance: a golden like rod with a big bright red jewl ontop of it. The rod itself has three segments as if to show it can extend into a staff. At the bottom are characters of writing that show in the color of black which spell out in a different language, Dajinn.  When active the red jewl glows and the gold rod seeps black ruhk.

Special Abilities: This weapon only serves the purpose of acting as a conduit to using the Rukh as a weapon. It is used to form rukh as well as form the user at will provided certain words or incantations are met.  It also has a follow up ability known as a bond, of which it can fuse into the user to create a stronger effect to the rukh however it drains the user ruhk fast and can cause damage to the body. The rod itself can also drain chakra from other users if the user does not possess rukh, this in itself can be used for chakra implantation. Finally the rod can also be used to take over the mind of a summoned beast even if the beast is not contracted to the user, though this uses ruhk and also drains fast.

Initial Form if Used by User: This is used as a conduit and can be used without causing damage and requires no cool down as it doesn't drain it uses the contant supply of Ruhk supplied by the user. The ability can easily be broken by targets of a higher rank than the user wielding it or users higher rank than the weapon itself.

Absorbed Form: When the user uses bond the user can now form ruhk without having to use the conduit, this amplifies the user by unifying the Dajinns soul into the chakra flow of the user. This amplifies the chakra flow allowing the user to form incantations without the medium or conduit, this requires no handsigns as well. when Fused the jewl of the magi user which is wrapped around his or her neck would glow. This ability only lasts for 5 posts long of which once done requires a cool down of 20 posts Only targets of higher rank than the weapon can be dealt minor damage by this attack.

Draining effect: if another user who is not of the magi clan touches the staff by means of picking it up or tricked into grabbing it, the staff will be frozen stuck in the hands of the said user for the remainder of 5 posts of which it will drain 10% of the current users chakra. which then can be made for the chakra implantation effect of the staff. Only targets of higher rank than the weapon can break the attack at 3 posts taking only 5% of the chakra. S-SS Willpower required to break out early

Chakra Implantation effect: much like the absorbed form it will bond with the user which causes the ruhk to take an elemental form that was stolen by the chakra from the user who touched the staff.  Though because the chakra does not belong to the magi user it will drive the user mad and insane and an uncontrollable rage which will cause havoc for a total of 5 posts but cause the user to pass out after the exertion. each chakra implantation causes augmentation to the body which is visible by the skin cracking and black ruhk seeping from the cracks. that strains it and causes the mind to go physically insane. Cool down rate none, it drains the user to be helpless after. This however is not used by the staff itself but instead the staff will only fuse with the user releasing the absorbed chakra into the chakra flow which will cause the skin to crack seeping black ruhk through the seems as the chakra takes over through the body. Targets of higher rank than the weapon can be dealt minor damage by this attack. S-SS Will power to withstand minimum damage.

Summoning Duplication: It has the ability to copy another users summoning jutsu without a contract, all it requires is the proper incantation, though the beast itself is a darker and augmented form such as cracked hide, skin, scales, with black ruhk seeping from its pours. The only way to control it however is to stab the rod into the head of the beast or the creature goes insane and implodes causing damage to anything within it's radius which will be dependant on the size of the creature. This can also cause the user weilding the rod to go insane and causing the user to self harm himself as the mental capacity goes haywire due to an overload of ruhk explosion. The duration if completed is 5 posts cool down 20 the duration of failed attempt is 1 post with a cool down of 10 posts plus a drainage of 50% of chakra and 75% health. Only Targets of higher rank than the weapon can avoid the blast radius. S-SS rank Willpower required

Bonus Requirements: The only requirement to use this staff is to have the ability to use Ruhk and be of the Magi clan

Backstory: The creation of the Magi staffs are unkown it is said they are made from Dajinn souls and made solid and imprisoned in items throughout the world. The staffs however seem to be only made out of iron like any other weapon however looks deceive as the staffs themselves are stronger than they look. Each staff has a jewl which is said to be the dajinn’s soul which were to be sealed into the weapon themselves to give them power, the jewls serve great value and are said to bring madness and thirst for power if bonded into the user skin for too long. The missing three staffs that belonged to the other three magi seemed to have disappeared though the jewls themselves seem to still exist in the different nations hidden as if sealed away so that that the Magi of Destruction could not find them.

Needs a resist stat. Also clarify that they obviously need to pick it up not just touch it.

So since this is a LW, there is no price you simply must fight a staff controlled NPC of the person who held it last.

Clarify that it will be ten percent of their current chakra, and the chakra cannot be used by the staff, it is instead synergized completely for the chakra implant or however ya wanna flavor it.

It's nice that you changed Summon Control's rate, but that simply gives this item a bit too much, though if you wish to think up a different ability for it I would be down to review it more.

Set up

Alright just need resist stats on Draining effect and Duplication(I would say S rank, and a stat that corresponds with the thing. Willpower for both works for example) and I can approve this.

The resist will nullify the ability, so you can say above a S rank (insert stat here) but yeah change it from user to target for wording sake again.
