This item gives free instant travel to it's user and up to one passenger

It can be used in battle.  The bike has a movement speed of S Rank.  This does not add to the players movement speed.  It is however fully maneuverable.  Fenrir can only be controlled while touching it with your body. Costs no chakra to make Fenrir move as it is self sustaining
