What it does: The Gura Gura no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows the user to create vibrations (or "quakes"), making the user a Tremor Human. "Gura Gura" comes from a Japanese onomatopoeia which means unstable or shaking.
This fruit's major strength is that it allows the user to generate massive vibrations, or shock waves, which can travel though virtually any medium, including the ground, the seafloor, or even in the air. This allows the user to create quakes based off their strength.
D - Small tremors, shakes the ground less than a rock concert. Affects 10 meters around the user.
C - Slight upheaval, those with D rank locomotive speed will fall over. Affects 20 meters around the user.
B - Trees begin to shake, small animals flee and cracks begin to appear in the surface. Anyone below a C rank in strength will lose their balance. Affects 30 meters around the user.
A - Major cracks start appearing and trees nearly become uprooted in a fifty meter radius around the user, devastating force may occur and footing becomes unstable for all reducing everyone's locomotive speed by a rank.
S - Causes earthquakes and tidal waves up to one hundred meters from the user, anyone below a B rank in strength will be thrown to the ground, speed is reduced by another rank.
