Range: arm's length or weapons length or arm's length plus five meters if fully mastered.
Appearance: What it does:A combat method that involves controlling the entire radius within one's arm length, creating a spherical shield around oneself. It can be used for offence and defense. Weapon users can extend the range to several feet around them with the additional length of their weapons, allowing them to defend even at mid-range. More experienced fighters can even extend the range with minimal lengths by using air pressure which increases the range of this technique by ten meters and can only be achieve my having trained with the Seikuken in at least three sparring topics to have made yourself fully comfortable with the technique.
The Seikūken can only be erected with a calm mind (i.e. jumping around or moving will make it difficult). If one is not calm, it would be near impossible for him or her to sustain the Seikūken.
The user must stay still and calm for a post. Then they can erect a sphere of influence where the user gains plus two ranks to speed, thought process and reaction time. However, most users must remain almost completely stationary expect for those that have used it and become fully comfortable with the technique like listed above which allows for these users to use the technique even while moving in combat as long as they remain in a calm state of mind and don’t panic. However, none comfortable users can only moving a couple inches at a time or else they have to reset their seikuken.
