What it does:
The user can use their iron sand that they have created in order to create the average Shuriken and Kunai, up to twenty of the two respectively but never both at the same time. Each of the two weapons have the same dimensions and weight as their normal counter parts, but are generally sharper due to being made with chakra infused sand. The user can then throw the items and control them for up to 20 meters. The user can store only five of these items to use in a later date, but they must be used in that topic or else they will turn back into Iron Sand.

Backstory: Through his uses of Iron Sand, Dusk found a way to use the sand to create weapons to use in battle.
