1. In process, Arcanis and Hikari had the most of them, I think a one per encounter that you have to train is fine but anymore than that is ridic I agree there man.

The CB lag could be lessened by removing the avatars from the CB, though how well that will work is anyone's guess. Seems to work fine for me as is, oddly...

You guys should cut most of the OP stat buffs.

Also have a set damage rate per attack. Ex. SS rank has 6 power for each punch. You punch someone with SS rank and 50 health it only takes 6 HP from them. For each rank below it takes an additional 4 HP. S Rank loses 10 HP, A Rank takes 14 HP and so on so forth.

Then for the health system if you want these hi powered attacks then regulate health like you would do for the Chakra. 1HP = 10HP.

Also, Umi and Yuki are closed for now until we get more members. Anyone in those 2 countries will be allowed to insta travel somewhere else 1 time only and that will be your new village for now.

Announcement; All IC activity is assumed suspended for the duration, once the new Stat System is implemented we will be helping users adjust accordingly.

All jutsus you currently have will be grandfathered into your character as well, that is your first prize for dealing with us in these past couple days. Everyone will keep their rank as well but their stats will need to be worked in. Furthermore everyone with a character will get the four training sub-stats...ABSOLUTELY FREE! My gift to everyone with a character as of this post(you all did enough training with the old system anyways).
