Stat Boosts: +100 speed and power to alchemy techniques

What it does: The Philosopher's Stone allows the one who ingests the stone to gain a passive boost to their alchemy due to ignoring the regular laws that follow it. It also allows for the user to learn a single technique based on which sin or virtue the stone is imbued with upon creation, this must be specified and the jutsu must be learned seperately.
