What it does: White noise, like it's name dictates, creates a wall of sound to complete drown out a targets hearing. This can range from a roaring waterfall to a simple ringing in th ears, the sound played is according to the will of the user. The sound spreads in a 20m sphere from the caster, automatically dispelling if the target walks out of range. While still in attack range, a chakra of 25 is required to dispelling the technique.
