Due to the gorgon's power effecting the original Fae before birth, this is the innate ability of the Fae unlocked at birth. While these eyes are active, the user gains a +30 to their reaction time due to their muscles being enhanced by chakra to track movements so that they may capture their gaze. Due to the gorgon's power flowing through their veins, the Fae are able to use a "stone gaze" causing those within less than 30 chakra or less to turn to stone upon sight. This does not kill the target, merely immobilizing them in their current place. To activate the base level of the Yoseigan is 15CP per post, to use the stone gaze costs 20cp and requires a 3 post cooldown between uses.
At this point, a Fae's abilities are decided on what elements they have learned. Ie a Fae that knows water and earth can learn water and earth path, however it cannot learn lightning.
Yoseigan: Fire Path
Level 1:

The Fae has chosen the path of the Fire Fairy, embracing the very being of fire into their soul. While using this form of the Yoseigan the Fae gains +40 to reaction time and +40 to their health so that they may withstand the massive heat they produce. Also, small wreaths of flame coat their hands and feet that burn with 40, causing damage to those who touch it besides the user. When using the stone gaze it now requires a chakra stat of 35 to resist. Costs 10cp to maintain per post, stone eyes now costs 25cp with a 3 post cooldown .Costs 1k wc to awaken.
Level 2:

While these eyes are activated the Fae is completely enshrouded by flames, their body seemingly turning a pitch black while 1m wide 2m wings of flames sprout from the body.
History: These were the natural abilities of the fae, passed onto humankind and amplified by the gorgon's power
