 What it does:

Luna Teleport: Through bending time and space Hikari is able to teleport anything within a 15m radius into Luna at 200 speed. This can be resisted with a chakra stat of over 200. costs 60cp per person teleported.

Luna Blocking: The Luna dimension is covered in a layer of chakra designed to separate all people within the dimension into a certain timeline, essentially separating them into specific timelines in which only they exist from the moment they get there with no exceptions. Hikari can manipulate these timelines at will, causing her to have the ability to keep people within one specific one, ie having a village be within one timeline, or having a intruder in his own specific timeline prison for dealing with later. Only Hikari may move about these timelines freely, however she can bestow this gift to others if she so wishes.

Light of Luna: Luna's very structure was based on the ideas of having immortality....at least in the sense of you don't die the hard way. As such, while within Luna all injuries are instantly healed, no matter what. Even if completely obliterated and turned to ash, the "deceased" person will instantly be able to reform in the dimension completely unscathed, although a bit shaken. However this ability does not discriminate against others, so if you want somebody dead you'll need to do it outside of Luna.

Backstory: Luna was the pet project of the Ootsutsuki Clan's 7th Head, who unfortunately was unable to see her ideal world come to fruition before passing away from natural causes. Feeling a sense of duty, Hikari used her vast knowledge of space-time jutsu to finish up the dimension, creating the ideal world that had been sought after hundreds of years ago. And to think, it only took 26 clan heads to finally do it!

On Lunar, either lower the stat or increase the cost to a per person as this essentially allows you to teleport multiple opponents to the moon and unless they're Ootsutsuki I think that kills them lol.

Lunar blocking would render this jutsu useless just so you know as technically this one counts. Instead switch this into a time technique and say theres no way space techniques can get there. It's a great loophole and I can try and explain the physics about it to work it out.

Light of Luna is perfect, thats exactly how I was hoping it would be.

Luna Rejection is a no go, though if you wish to instead give this a boost to your allies it may be an acceptable route
