What it does:This Technique is one very unique, using Creation Rebirth as its mothering jutsu, it identifies the parts of the brain that holds knowledge and that learns new knowledge, it then utilizes that to give another all Knowledge one knows to another, this technique allows the Transferance of all Known Jutsu, Skills, and because this technique even transfer's other coinsioncess, even Bijuu may be transferred to another player, this is Indeffinate and can only be done with both players OOC permission, This is a Copy Paste kinda thing when it comes to Jutsu's and Skills, but its a Cut Paste thing when it comes to Bijuu and other coinsioncess's, May also be used as an Inheritence Jutsu, may Store the Information and Coinsioncess's into the Sub-Consiousness of the person, and only allowing Access to all of it upon the users death

this technique follows all other normal rules, if one transfers a Bijuu then the Jin will die, the user may choose how much they transfer and if the other person already knows it the user keeps the jutsu knowledge
