| Name: Yoko Littner Race: Phoenix Appearance: Human Form: Yoko is about 5'5" has red hair, amber eyes, a large bust and an extremely curvy figure that was present even from a young age. she occasionally had lightly tanned skin due to spending most of her time outdoors in the sun and commonly wore a leather black and red flame-designed bikini top with black rubber-leather short-shorts, and a white studded belt. Below, Yoko wore baby pink thigh-high socks and white mid-calf zip-up boots designed with red flames emerging from her grey soles. She also wore black open-knuckled half-gloves complete with round wrist pieces studded with spherical yellow studs. Around her neck, Yoko wore a tall white and pink patterned scarf with thin red stripes in which she was shown to keep a magazine for her gun. In lieu of signature headwear, Yoko wore a white cracked skull hair accessory on the right side of her head as well two yellow chopsticks that kept her hair up Special Abilities: True Form- Yoko turns in a Phoenix. Her phoenix form stands at 15 feet and has a wing span of 25 feet. All around her phoenix form has a multitude of colors. Primarily she has scarlet feathers with different shades of orange and red. In this form she gains 100 Health, Speed, Power and Reaction Time. CP use: Human Form: 120 CP, Pheonix Form: 120 CP - Spoiler:
Fire Manipulation- Yoko has full control over the fire she produces. She can either create projectiles, cloak weapons and clad herself in a flaming armor. When cladding herself in the flame armor she gains 50 Health, Speed and Power. The Weapons/Armor she cloaks give them additional 50 in Power as well as the Fire Element. The Speed at which the Fire is clad is 100 for both armor and weapons/items. Projectiles she fires can take any size from 1 in to 5 meters. With the amount of Chakra she uses depends on the power she can fire at while the Speed is at 100 Speed and Range is at 30m. (10 CP = 10 Power, 20 CP = 20 Power etc. Up to 100 Power) For both forms 10 CP is required to keep the cloak active and has a 2 post cool down. CP use: Human Form: 10-100 CP, Pheonix Form: 20-200CP - Spoiler:
Draco Meteor- This technique draws in Chakra to form meteor like ball of fire. The user could either choose to fire the Draco Meteor or become it. If the user fires the Draco Meteor it has a power of 80 and can travel at 80 speed. The Draco Meteor attack can span up to a radius of 20m. Upon contact, if the opponent has health less than 80 they won't be able to escape this attack without broken bones. If the user becomes the Draco Meteor, the power will become 100 and the speed bumps to 100. Even if the user misses the Draco Meteor upon contact with any physical body (living things, ground, and solid jutsu) the user will take 30 damage to health. Burst Return[/color]- If the phoenix has been killed, it will spontaneously burst and turn to ash. After a 5000 word RP the phoenix will be reborn with the same age, gender, knowledge, powers, etc. Cannot be revived in the same topic CP use: Human Form: 60 CP, Pheonix Form: 60 CP - Spoiler:
Phoenix Down- The phoenix will gathers chakra in order to create the feather of of phoenix called "Phoenix Down." Moving at 100 Speed this technique is used to heal broken bones, damaged organs and large open wounds (holes in stomach, chest etc.). This will recover Health by 10. This only applies to the one the feather directly touches. Yoko presses the feather against the target gently while it simultaneously heals them. Passive Abilities:
Transformation (120 CP Required to change from Human to Phoenix) Human Speech Flight (Either in Phoenix form or she can grow smaller wings) Taijutsu specialist Sharpshooter Enhanced smell Enhanced sight Fire Resistance

| - Familiars cannot use Ninjutsu. They can have only 5 abilities that can use 1 element.
Phoenix Down: Please list what kind of wounds this can heal. Also, give it a Speed. Use flat numbers when adding a CP Cost. Keep in mind that your familiar starts off with 10 stats in each field.
Phoenix Heart: Your Phoenix should only know this when it reaches max stats or at least when it's above 225.
Wildfire Tsunami: Good! But wouldn't this be a tornado? Lol
Draco Meteor: Add dimensions to the meteor. Also, when you said spans up to 20m in radius, is that the explosion?
Burst Return: I have to bring this up with other mods. I'm fine with the Phoenix returning to life but with 10 stats in each field again. It can only be used once.

| I'm fine with changing these but, I wanna argue about familiars using ninjutsu. Why is that? Familiars are basically summons in the sense you don't need a contract for them to be with you. They're companions. Also summons use ninjutsu and genjutsu so why can't a familiar. And lastly, is the 5 abilities a definite because my familiar has 2 forms. I originally thought that you can only have 5 moves specific to the familiar. Can I eventual teach her new moves?

| Familiars aren't Summons. Summons can perform Ninjutsu and have abilities, familiars are companions that do not need to be summoned. If they were able to perform Ninjutsu and learn them, you'd basically have control over two characters at once. They can only have 5 abilities. These 5 you have listed are enough. I'm sorry, you can't teach more abilities. | |

| Draco Meteor is a no unless you remove the taking in nature energy part, this could be used to just give your familiar sage mode no ty.
Burst Return is just no, five post respawn is just ridiculous to think about.
Phoenix down needs nature removed and I really don't wanna tell you what I think of the last technique. In my opinion, a bit will need to be changed as this is rather OP even by Arcanis standards. | |

| Fire Manip is gonna have to cost more if you want them traveling at those stats, the speed should also be dependent on chakra used as well.
Change Burst return from post to topic.
Phoenix Down shouldn't heal ALL wounds, just put most and you can add in a FEW fatal types as well.

| The stat boosts is just for the armor which is 50CP no extra bonuses for that. | |

| Well since it gives fields to all main stats which I believe is against the rules but am not sure AND increases the power of techniques(which is reflected in their cost as well) I would say around 120CP. Do not forget all this will come from her chakra. | |
