What it does: An advanced sensory technique, Mind's Eye of the Kagura allows the user to find, sense and track any living thing within the range of this jutsu. This includes people hiding their chakra by other skills or jutsu. The only way to not be detected by this technique is if an item or jutsu specifically lists ways to be detected such as Kirito's Blackwyrm Coat. This technique also allows the user to know if anyone within the radius is lying by the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including herself, is under a genjutsu. If focusing on one thing in particular with this technique, the user can tell exactly where they are and what they are doing to the tiniest detail including but not limited to breathing, blinking, manipulating chakra etc. This technique extends at S speed upon activation. Once activated, this jutsu can stay activated in any thread after the initial activation if the user wishes for D per post used. However, if this jutsu is carried over to other threads, you must list the number of posts it has been active underneath your post. For example, if it has been active for 20 posts you must put "Mind's Eye active for 20 posts" at the end of your post. This is so that if the jutsu is deactivated, the cooldown will be accurate. The same goes for the cooldown. If the jutsu is deactivated after 20 posts of use, you must list "Mind's Eye on cooldown for 1/42 posts" after each post.
