What it does: The user manipulates a great deal of paper to form a colossal dragon that is 35 meters long and 10 meters thick. This dragon is able to constrict around foes, swallow enemies, and be ridden on. The dragon moves at a speed and has strength equal to the rank of this jutsu. The dragon can even split itself into a max of 3 smaller dragons, these dragons can be any size but all three together must equal the dragon's original length and width. The dragon can also reform continuously from any attacks done to it, costing D rank cost for minor wounds, C rank for major wounds, and B rank for complete regeneration. Paper bombs can also be mixed into the dragon every time it reforms, causing it be able to explode infinitely. The dragon or dragons can fire off a max of 15 paper cranes from its mouth a post total and no more, that means that even if the dragon splits up, the sum total of all the cranes fired from the dragons must equal 15. These cranes travel at the same speed as the dragon, and can be maneuvered through the air by the user, and are able to leave deep gashes and cuts, having a sharpness equal to the the rank of the jutsu. Paper bombs can also be mixed into the cranes for more damage. The dragon is similar in size to that of the dragon used in the wood dragon technique.
