What it does:  This jutsu allows the user to create up to four clones of themselves from paper. These clones share the same stats as the user and the same items. Unlike regular clones, these can only perform paper based jutsu, as they have less chakra infused into them and are more paper than person, though these clones are able to use these paper jutsus as if they were two ranks lower in cost, as they do not have to waste chakra in creating paper. By infusing  chakra into paper, a person can shape it into a perfect replica of herself/himself that can be controlled remotely. When the clone is hit or disperses, it merely collapses back into sheets of paper. The user can also hide explosive tags inside the clones and have them detonate on whim, though if the clones are hit with enough force (B rank or higher) they will detonate on their own. These explosions have a 10 meter radius and have a force equal to the user's ninjutsu/kinjutsu if it were one rank lower.
