What it does:
Unlike most kagune the armor Akarui developed seemed to be completely defensive in nature, it consists of metal-like plating covering the body. The plating around the elbows and his hip area are more sharp and jagged giving them a sharpness equal to the jutsu’s rank. This jutsu gives the user a  boost Health, Will power, Speed, & Reaction Speed by three ranks while it is active. This armor is  formed instantly when the user wills it to come. This also enhances the smelling ability of Akarui to the level that he can tell people distinctly apart simply from the natural smell of their natural scent and it also increases his smelling range to that of 100 meters in radius. The health of this armor is that of the jutsu rank. (forms at SS rank speed)

Since this armor is allowing the boost to speed and willpower, can you just add CP costs per post. You know, while it's active. It's 60 CP for initial activation but from then on?
