Name: Flight
Appearance: The user is capable of flying.
What it does: Allows the user to fly at their speed stat and below. Flight is an ability allowed to Tetsu through lowering his body weight.

Wordcount: 1500
Chakra Cost: 10 CP / 5 CP per post.
Bonus Requirements: -

Backstory: Tetsu was once in position to join the council of the Earth country. Due to his rank, he was able to learn many of the secret skills that belonged to high ranking shinobi of the Earth country.

Because Jace has a patent on flight, I need you to explain to me how exactly you can fly. It also needs a CP upkeep to stay airborne
